Company uses the joke of a delivery service that is DHL - no updates on item for over four days. I emailed the retailer to confirm Irish three pin plug and no response. Cannot recommend this company - and will raise a chargeback if item not delivered by Monday. Item returned to company - no reply - tracking confirmed accepted back and received by company - no refund - 100% AVOID AVOID AVOID

The item ordered was delivered in reasonably good time

My package arrived quickly and undamaged, the item is in new condition and a great addition to my camera gear, thank you for your professional and prompt service.

Monitor was out of stock when I ordered it. I was away on vacation when I got a message that it had been dispatched. Had to find someone to be home when it arrived. Also for a .ie retailer, I would expect an Irish/Uk plug. It came with a European one. No adapter supplied.

As far as I know it has been shipped, however it's still stuck in the transit since the 3rd of April.

Fast Delivery and Excellent customer service, I ordered a mic from them and delivery was 5 working days as was promissed to Ireland and when I sent them for a clarification about it, they replied in the same day.

Haven't received it. Stated delivery 3 to 5 days. It's now 10 days. Merchant has been v unhelpful

I placed an order from theri website because the website clearly advertised 2–3 day delivery.

The order was placed on Sunday 8 March and was handed to the carrier shortly after. According to the tracking, the parcel left the international sorting center on 10 March.

However, more than 10 days later I still have not received the product.

What is even more concerning is that the tracking did not update for 10 days, leaving me with no information about where the parcel actually was.

Customer support confirmed that the package had been “stuck” since March 10 and that they had to open an investigation with the carrier. One of the explanations mentioned was weather conditions, which is difficult to understand considering that rain is a very normal and frequent condition in Ireland.

Delays can happen, of course. The real issue here is the huge gap between the advertised 2–3 day delivery and the actual experience, which in my case has already taken more than 10 days with very little transparency.

What makes the situation even more disappointing is that no gesture or solution was offered to compensate for this inconvenience. I only received standard customer service replies without any concrete attempt to address the problem or mitigate the delay.

If fast delivery is important to you, I would strongly recommend being cautious and not relying on the delivery times advertised on the website.

I paid for the order on January 1, 2026. Today is January 11, 2026. The order has not been delivered. The website says 4 business days. Disgusting.
