Quick delivery of a product I could not find locally.

ordered a few times now. I was looking for a shop that ships within Europe so there would not be delays with customs/extra charges. Prices on photospecialist are excellent compared to other online retailers. plan on ordering more photography equipment once I've my own studio at the end of this year.

As always, Photospecialist is a pleasure to deal with.

I was able to get the exact battery i needed, only took a couple of minutes to send order, very simple process, delivered promptly, would definitely use again

Tried to purchase a tripod from them today, payment failed many times ( others have complained of this same issue.) Then minutes later start getting spam emails, I wrote them this feedback on their site
“ I registered on your website and within minutes I was getting spam emails. Some with attachments with spyware. You need to evaluate where your vulnerabilities are are resolve. Also I was trying to buy a tripod and tried with 3 different cards but it failed to process at your end (my bank approved) so I will be checking daily for next few weeks if there are any fraudulent charges appearing”. Therefore, I would suggest extreme caution, or perhaps avoid altogether.

The product was perfect, new and arrived on time at an affordable price.

If I could give less than one star I would.

I ordered a camera almost 3 weeks ago. They have not provided an estimated delivery time never mind deliver the actual product.

The reason for this is because they don’t stock and sell the cameras themselves, they sell it for someone else so they’re a middleman in the transaction.

I have asked for a refund and been ignored.

In the meantime I have ordered products from overseas on different websites after this and have had them delivered already

I chose Photospecialist because its website advertised 2–3 working day delivery. The item was around £10 more expensive than another retailer, but I paid the extra because I needed it before leaving on a 10-day diving holiday with my daughter.

Immediately after ordering, my confirmation email changed the delivery estimate to 2–5 working days. A few days later, the website was quoting 4–8 working days. Had that been the advertised delivery time when I ordered, I would have bought elsewhere.

I contacted customer services several times, explaining I was flying on 2 July and asking if anything could be done to ensure delivery before I travelled. Unfortunately, the item arrived after I had left the UK, so we went on our diving holiday without the underwater camera equipment I had purchased specifically for the trip.

I also repeatedly asked for the company’s formal complaints procedure, but those requests were ignored until I was eventually told to email the same customer service team I had already been corresponding with.

The staff were polite and they arranged a return, but that did not change the fact that the advertised delivery timeframe was not met and the purchase no longer served its purpose.

Overall, I was disappointed because I relied on the advertised delivery information when deciding where to buy. I hope Photospecialist reviews both its delivery estimates and its complaint-handling process so that other customers are not put in the same position.

I ordered my item from another provider but they said I had to pay a different way and returned my money for some security reason. In the meantime I found the item few euros cheaper here, ordered it and used the same payment method without having to go through the extra hoops which was nice. Delivered to Ireland in a matter of days. Great service!

They were quick and the microscope arrived in perfect condition. What more can you ask for.

Extremely long wait for the order. Accepted that the item was out of stock, but, no communication in the interm. Had to email twice for update. Otherwise item was perfect. Always had good experiences previously.

Great service very happy with my purchase.

Company uses the joke of a delivery service that is DHL - no updates on item for over four days. I emailed the retailer to confirm Irish three pin plug and no response. Cannot recommend this company - and will raise a chargeback if item not delivered by Monday. Item returned to company - no reply - tracking confirmed accepted back and received by company - no refund - 100% AVOID AVOID AVOID

The item ordered was delivered in reasonably good time
