Paid for an unlock code got nothing. Checked spam etc. No response from company. I’m going to flag this one as fraud with my bank. It’s only £12 but still!

SERIOUSLY DO NOT USE!!

As with all the other reviews below (why didn’t I check these first!!) I got scammed. Ignore these little replies to reviews they post. This company does nothing apart from take your money. Im surprised they are even still allowed to trade!!!

I contacted the Unlock Shop online and paid them £4.69 to unlock my phone. Aaron contacted me promptly to say that they could not unlock my phone and I would get a refund within 5 business days. I got the refund back 3 days later.

Paid for 2 phones to be unlocked. Received an email from them the next day saying they couldn't unlock the phones!! They said I'd receive a refund in 5-7 days...that was a month ago. I continue to email them & keep getting empty promises of a refund. Time for a class action lawsuit!

Paid my £4.79 for unlock code for a siemens c25e on old Orange network.
Next day got an email ....we cannot find a code and will refund to your card in 5 days. Nothing happened after 10 days I filled in their online form on their website (Contact Us) and got an email .....refund on way this came to my card account next day via Paypal Merchant services

I don't normally put 1 stars but this one needs to have a 1 star! I thought I would get my phone unlocked but all I got was SCAMMED. Never coming here ever again. Just a waste of money.

They told me Sam would be in touch!!

No word from Sam!

I realise that if I add a c after the S, I get SCAM and sadly, now know that it what this is.

My money is taken, my phone remains locked and your journey continues.

I agree with all of these posts, absolutely a scam. May the fleas of a thousand camels infest your crotch, unlock shop.

They emailed to say they could not unlock the phone on 17th November and payment was taken from my account on the 18th November, despite several requests for refund I have received nothing.
They promised :
"A full refund has been processed. Please allow 5-7 days."
"Our customer service representative Sam has been assigned to your query and will be assisting you.
If your refund is still not showing within the next three business days please reply directly to this email and we will ensure the issue is resolved immediately."

"Our customer service representative Jess has been assigned to your query and will be assisting you. We can issue a immediate refund via Paypal."
Four weeks later and no refund.

Had my Samsung galaxy A7 unlocked within 12 hours by UNLOCKLOCKS Limited .

Scam. No code. No refund. Do not order

This shop didin't send any code. And not pay back money

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Absolute daylight robbery. Pretended to send a confirmation email and no unlock code came through. STAY AWAY!!!

Scamming rats. Still waiting for a reply and a refund. Would like to use more colourful language but it wont let me post. Scamming A**holes

they could not unlock my phone. said they would refund my money. never happened. don't waste your money here. scam

Sent them required info and cc info. They charged my account and never sent a receipt or any further communication. They do not respond to emails at sales or support. Never again with these guys.

If it were possible to give a rating of Zero I would do. I was advised on 3 Sep 2020 that they could NOT unlock my phone and a refund would be made within a maximum of 7 days. It's now 18 days since their email and no refund but plenty of excuses.

i sent this company my money and all the correct information of the phone ...and its been 7 days now ..and they cant unlock the phone ....apparently they cant stand behind the Guarantee they give ...and my money is still not returned ....but i will give them this much credit...they know how to lie ...and they know how to deceive the public...there is no fool like an old fool as the saying goes ...i should have checked the reviews i guess...i wouldnt be surprised if one day they get a class action law suit against them though...

They did not unlock my phone have not sent back refund they are a pack of thieves please please go else where oh its been 3 weeks.

Sent phone and carrier info. 2 days later they said mine couldn’t be unlocked and that a refund would be issued in 5 days. Fair enough. It has now been a month - still nothing. Criminal activity here, folks.

Guys - Did a test on these scammers - didn't put the imei number in and it still led me to card details - STAY AWAY....... Why are these sites not found and shut down ? Looking into it - clock is ticking........DO NOT SEND MONEY to these freaks.
