We purchased the above car on the 11th March 2021, we have to say that from the first telephone call we made to the Company to the time of delivery of the vehicle, the service we received from the Company
was exemplary. On arrival at their site on the day of purchase the welcome we received was exceptional and made us feel very comfortable with Company.
The staff were extremely polite and the product knowledge was first class.
We felt that by purchasing a vehicle from them that we would be looked after from the start of the transaction to the finish.
We would highly recommend this Company as they were extremely professional.

We brought a car a few weeks back and the service that was provided was excellent from start to finish. The car didn’t have an SD card in it which was ordered straightaway and was then delivered by hand from Joe a few days later this was a great surprise and exceeded by exceptions. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone looking for a new car. Thank you for the great customer experience Joe. We also love our new car.

I have just bought an extremely good example Jaguar F Pace v6d Portfolio.
I found the car through AutoTrader & dealt with Neil B through out the whole part exchange/buying process. Despite all the Covid19 restrictions it was a really straight forward & easy transaction done in a very friendly way which made the whole thing so very uncomplicated. The car was in extremely good condition & the cheapest for year/mileage, Neil also offered me the best price for my part exchange Mercedes Coup which was an added bonus.
All in all a really great second hand car dealership with a very efficient friendly sales exec.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Neil and Joe were great. Neil offered and did look after our dog so me and the mrs could go on the test drive together. Bought a bmw 530d which so far is a dream. Car was serviced, mot'd and they refreshed the alloys which had slight markings on. Tonnes of decent cars in stock. Fab all round.

I'll reserve judgement on the car I bought until I've driven a few thousand miles, but I'm pretty sure it's a good one at a good price. What I can say right now is that Phoenix were very good to deal with, from first phone call through to driving away. Efficient, helpful without being pushy, and professional, Covid-wise, through the handover process on the day. I'd highly recommend them.
