In the Dutch warehouse, about 1.000 units are waiting to be delivered directly from stock. Within a couple of days, spare parts can be delivered in every part of Europe. That’s one of the strengths of PHC's European sales organization.

An excellent purchasing experience

An excellent purchasing experience. Our local rep is knowledgeable, prompt, very helpful, and pleasant to deal with.
We have a special purchasing agreement and this makes PHC equipment excellent value.
Our sustainability criteria are well covered by the equipment we order from PHC, and their mission in this regard is highly commendable.

Snelle en prettige comminucatie

Er moet een onderdeel vervangen worden in onze -80 vriezer en jullie reactie was prettig en snel. Ook de afspraak inplannen ging vlot en ze herinnerde mij er ook aan om dit gelijk te koppelen aan preventief onderhoud.

I would like to leave a very positive…

I would like to leave a very positive review for your engineer Jack who did an in-home service for my Dyson upright cleaner and my hand held Dyson cleaner, both of which have had a lot of use.
Jack was prompt, polite and very knowledgeable about Dyson products and explained everthing to me clearly and in an unhurried manner. He carried Dyson spares in his van and so was able to leave my two machines clean and shiny, and in full working order.
I was delighted with the service. Thank you Jack.
