In the Dutch warehouse, about 1.000 units are waiting to be delivered directly from stock. Within a couple of days, spare parts can be delivered in every part of Europe. That’s one of the strengths of PHC's European sales organization.

PHC has established a worldwide reputation as a manufacturer of high-quality and innovative medical and laboratory equipment over the past forty years. Long lasting relationships have been built with leading pharmaceutical, healthcare and biotechnology companies as well as with major academic and research institutes in Europe.

In this field PHC has set the standard in many aspects. V.I.P. panels, Cool Safe compressors and the world’s first -152°C ULT freezer. Where PHC took the initiative, the others followed.

We couldn’t be happier with the support from our local contact—truly outstanding. The units provided are excellent, and the aftercare service has been exceptional, especially when compared with other suppliers we've worked with.

A Pleasure

It's always a pleasure to work with PHC. The equipment is reliable as always and looks fantastic in the lab. Delivery was efficient and Benchmark always do a great job. Honestly can't think of a bad thing to say about PHC, my supplier of choice incubators and cold storage.

Good delivery, good advice.

The delivery people, yet again, managed to somehow negotiate our difficult parking situation and didn't whinge about how far they had to wheel our two new incubators. Just got on with it, and got the job done. Delivery of bits of large equipment that doesn't go wrong is almost as important as the bit of kit itself. Oh and good advice from the Rep, Arun, about what we needed to buy.

PHC was super helpful and designed the freezers racks we wanted to match our vision, there was lots of communication and updates from them. Would recommend and use again.
