Very poor customer service
I placed an order WEB110223 and cancelled it moments after realising the volume of the product was significantly lower compared with what I was looking for. I cancelled the order within seconds of paying and was expecting this would be processed. I have waited for almost two weeks and have heard nothing from the company.

your order was placed on the 6th and today is the 11th. Processing refunds may take a few days. If you had emailed us we could have done it sooner. Your order is now refunded.
Don’t order from this company
Placed an order on 09/03/2022 and still haven’t received my order after messaging the company over email I have received the same response multiple times and tracking info does not work

Really good service and prices
Really good service and prices. Received my delivery right on time. Even though I had to pay for the delivery and wait a little bit it was worth it and still at a very good price. Since I didn't know the website I was a bit sceptical but didn't have any problem.

I order alot from this company and their product's and prices are great. The only things holding back from 5 star is the delivery times and prices. Will still use and hope it can be changed in the future. Many thanks

If i could i would give 0 star. I would not recommend buying from this company. First of all it doesnt tell you how much they charge you for delivery. Once i made an order it charged me so much, and when my order got stolen from my neighbour, they still didnt do anything about it. I am not happy at all.

Having purchased a specific after sun gel whilst on holiday in Zante every year, I was desperate to get hold of more but knew Covid was going to stop me doing so for the 2nd year running. I googled the product, not thinking I’d find it but found Pharmeden selling it.
I placed order on Sunday 6 June and it arrived (from Greece) today (Saturday 12 June). No issues, well packaged and a nice added touch of a few free samples in the box. Will definitely buy from again and would be more than happy to recommend.

Took about 2 and half weeks to arrive as there items come from Greece but everything was perfect got updated on dispatch an when it was due for delivery would recommend

I ordered and 7 days later I had my staff beautifully wrapped up!
You get a tracking number so you can see where your items are.
Parcels from U.K. to Switzerland take 3 weeks these days so this was a speedy delivery.
I will recommend this company to my friends snd of course return.
Korres has the best products ever, I only use them and often give them as presents! Greece needs our support!

THEY TOLD ME THEY JUST CANCELLED MY ORDER AND WILL REFUND THE MONEY BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE ANYMORE IN STOCK
AFTER WAITING FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS !!!!!!! IM WAITING FOR MY MONEY BACK

we apologise for the inconvenience. Due to the situation surrounding Covid-19 our supplier had an issue importing one of the ordered products. We refunded your order in full. It takes 2-3 business days to see the refund in your credit card statement because bank payment gateways operate this way.

I ordered some Korres toiletries as the price was very good.The postage is expensive but it was still worth it.The package arrived today, about a week after I’d placed the order.Really surprised that it was so quick( considering everything that’s going on at the moment).Great service.
