Evri left my parcel outside and never received it as wasn't there when I got back from doctors with little boy. Great customer service listened and sent me a new one out

After a good review I take that review back! Complete rubbish! Cheap plastic! Only picks up dog hair and sometimes not even that! Anything heavier it just bypasses. After a couple goes it started smoking and I could smell burning rubber. I was told I wouldn't get my money back but if I wanted a new one I would have to leave a good review which is cheeky and very naughty! Not happy was looking forward to it! Don't believe the reviews you read.

What a joke !!!

As with most of the other reviews, DO NOT BUY, inferior products sold, and have to send it back at your own cost, purchased what appeared to be a Robotic vacuum, well what a waste of money and bad customer support.

If I could score minus milion stars I would. Definitely the worst company I have been dealing so far. Selling broken products and refuse refund or replacement. They should be reported to Trading Standards as I'm sure their activities are illegal. Looking at other reviews I can clearly see I'm not the first person definitely not the last one. Someone need to do something with them.

Avoid this company. After receiving faulty goods they refuse to help unless you send the goods to China at your own cost. Everything their website promises if the goods are faulty - expect the opposite! Dreadful experience with this company. The robot vacuum cleaner they sell is no better than a toy. It has no suction whatsoever.

Robot vacumn hoover I brought was sent back at the distribution depot as it was damaged. Finally got my delivery.
Poor quality for 39.99...awfully lightweight but to be honest can't be bothered to send back won't be buying from them again.

Robot hoover is rubbish, very lightweight like a toy, no suction and goes round in a small circle. Wish I'd read reviews before buying. Not worth trying to return to them from what I've read. Lesson learned.

Purchase a smart watch as a Christmas gift for my husband. Good clear display and easy to connect to my phone. Had an issue with the heart monitor reading but the company have been been quick to resolve. All in all a good purchase.

Extremely DISAPPOINTED and DISSATISFIED with Pharma Market customer service and care!
I have ordered two pair of air watch pro2 as Christmas presents and have received different some other unknown brand that I wasn’t happy to have!
I had to quickly react and get a different present for Christmas!
I have been emailing back and forth the minute I have opened the package, since 20th of December 2023 and this issue is still not solved !
Happy to post them back but they keep asking me to send them back on my expense to China as that’s the return policy in order for me to get a refund.
My issue here is THIS IS NOT the ITEMS I have purchased and happy to return them back, just I don’t see why I would have to pay for shipping to China (even though this was I believe purchased from France)
as this was NOT my FAULT and loose out for THEIR MISTAKE and pay for it it’s UNACCEPTABLE and UNFAIR !
All I wanted from them to take a responsibility for their mistakes and take the products back without me paying for shipping overseas as it’s wasn’t my fault!!
And now they don’t even reply to my emails!

PLEASE AVOID THESE COWBOYS

This item comes all the way from China… lightweight, cheap plastic and a terrible copy. Save your money and buy an official robot hoover it may be more expensive but better than being robbed of £39.99 for a plastic thing. Don’t be fooled with the UK in the title!

I ordered a robot vaccum which I received but it was more like a kids toy, I emailed the company and told them I wanted to return it which I did the robot vaccum was £29.99 and it cost me £22.00 to return it back to them because it was just rubbish and I tracked it and it said it had been delivered successfully they said they hadn't received it back so I'm fighting for my refund and I have a funny feeling I won't get it!! don't buy anything from this company their just a con
