I hired a Phantom for my daughter’s prom in Manchester. I received a phone call two days before to confirm the itinerary. The driver Ishi was early, smartly dressed, polite and very helpful. We weren’t rushed had loads of opportunity to take photos. Thanks for making it a memorable day for my daughter.

Best in the car hiring Business
I’ve used phantom hire twice now, Honestly You can’t find a fault in the service. Very helpful, Easy to work with. Can remember the drivers name but their drivers are Polite and they provided a very relaxed journey for the bride and groom. Second time I used them the Driver Mr Kayani was amazing, Arrived there on time stayed around until after the wedding and then drop them off. Every time there’s a wedding, I don’t bother looking for cars. I just know where to go straight away no time wasting straight Business.. I would definitely recommend it.

Outstanding experience
I have never had such an amazing experience from start to finish. I was so nervous about booking incase the car didn’t turn up or wasn’t as expected. From my first initial contact I expressed my concerns and was reassured from start to finish. Courtesy phone calls to double and triple check everything was how we wanted for my daughter’s prom. The car was stunning, the chauffeur was amazing and chatted the whole journey with my daughter and her friend putting them at ease. Really got our moneys worth. Car was immaculate. Everything was really perfect. Can’t thank you enough you have really pulled out all of the stops. Professional, punctual and simply amazing! We will in the future always use this company! Great service, when ordering, the gentleman I spoke to to book it, was lovely.

Absolutely disgraceful service
Absolutely disgraceful service! I don’t know where to begin these people. Horrible experience with this limousine and rolls Royce service.
They cancelled or said that they couldn’t provide us with the limousine a day before our wedding day, and said they will send us a van instead ( as if we wanted a van for our wedding day) and refused to refund our money. They waited until the last minute to say this and I know it was done on purpose! I wish you did what you did a few days before our wedding day when we had some time to spare because we would have made you refund EVERY SINGLE PENNY!
On what was suppose to be a very special day in our life we were left panicking and scrambling for alternative transportation at the last minute! And you ruined everything. Your lack of professionalism and disregard for customers' is unacceptable.
The rolls Royce they sent us on the day was so old and not pleasant to look at! We couldn’t open the doors and we had to ask the driver every time to open it from the inside. It was so embarrassing for our guests to see this and to get it on camera!
I have contacted Ace after my wedding and i explained how disappointing their business was, but he tried to defend the disgraceful service we received and said he would call us back and never did. WE ARE STILL WAITING TO BE COMPENSATED!
Do not trust this company for anything.

I hope you are doing well. We are sorry to hear that you encountered a bad experience with Phantom Hire, however, we do not feel this review is fair or reflects the full story of what happened.
As per our Terms & Conditions, "In the unlikely event of road accident, breakdown, mechanical, electrical or material breakdown or the vehicle/car being rendered unserviceable (for example, in the event of a collision). The Company will use their best endeavours to provide a back-up vehicle or vehicles as quickly as possible.”
In your case we did not offer a ‘Van’ as you have mentioned in your review, we actually upgraded the Limousine into a New Luxury Minibus which is considerably more, free of charge, as the Limousine which you had originally booked had broken down the night before, therefore we offered a complimentary upgrade.
Whilst we did not cancel the Limousine, we also offered you the Rolls Royce Phantom to arrive 4 hours earlier free of charge for the inconvenience caused, however, this offer was declined.
After the Limousine was cancelled by yourself, we agreed the journey details for the Rolls Royce with no issues at all and for the booking to commence as per agreed.
Regarding the vehicle not meeting your expectations on the day of the event. The images of the car were shared with you prior to the booking, and we received your confirmation that you were happy with the vehicle.
In regards to the issue with reporting your complaint, we received a call at 8pm on our sales line, out of office hours and you were advised to call our customer service department the next day, as complaints are only dealt with internally during office hours. However, we have no record of a call back from you reporting the complaint, therefore it was not logged.
We hope you will consider amending this review honestly and wish you all the best in the future.

Excellent service from Phantom Hire
Excellent service from Phantom Hire. We hired a Rolls Royce Ghost and a Hummer for a family wedding. There was no issues at all, the drivers arrived early had exceptional customer service throughout, and everyone loved the cars. Our driver Kayani was great and we would really recommend him.
We would definitely hire from Phantoms again.
