I booked 5 Rolls-Royces from Phantom Car Hire for my sister's wedding, and unfortunately the experience was incredibly disappointing.

Before booking, I had several phone calls with the manager to discuss the cars. I specifically requested that the bride have the Rolls-Royce Phantom Series 8, and I repeated this multiple times. The manager agreed, recommended it as his best car, and assured me we would receive excellent service. During a later call, he mentioned that, for system purposes, he would list all five cars as Series 7, but reassured me that we both knew the bride would be getting the Series 8. Based on that conversation, I paid the deposit.

On the wedding day, things went wrong. When the cars arrived, I was told the Series 8 was actually for the groom. I called the manager, who completely denied our previous conversations and insisted we had only booked Series 7s because "that's what the system says." His attitude was dismissive and rude, despite this happening while the bride was standing outside waiting to leave.

Eventually they agreed to let us use the Series 8, but only after causing unnecessary stress and delaying the wedding. To make matters worse, they refused to let the bride get into the car until the remaining balance was paid. They even demanded the wrong amount and only accepted the correct balance after I showed my booking confirmation and the driver had to get approval from the manager.

What should have been a smooth, memorable part of my sister's wedding became one of the most stressful moments of the day. The drivers themselves were polite, but the manager's poor communication, refusal to honour what had been agreed over the phone, and lack of professionalism completely overshadowed the experience. I would not recommend this company.

I booked with this company for my son's prom ,we had a issue regarding our booking ,but after speaking and emailing with Geoff he resolved our issues immediately and professionally

Nadeem, customer service rep, was also very amazing, continuously checking up to make sure everything is correct and organised. Seeing as this was short notice, I am extremely grateful to him for supporting throughout this process.

Hired a chauffeured rolls Royce Cullinan. The driver kiyani provided top service whilst on the job. The car was top standard and Kiyani was on time for both drop off and pick up. Would definitely recommend using this company and I will definitely be back.

We booked 3x RollsRoyce for brother’s wedding, the process was simple and quick with reasonable pricing.

The chauffeurs were very professional and were on time. Made sure everything was smooth on their end.
Helped with aligning the cars better for photographs/videos

Ribbons & a personalised number plate was added which made it more touching and there were refreshments in the car.

Quoted £500 for three hours!!
Took £200 deposit then arrived paid the £300 in cash, which then the driver told me it was £1000 I was to pay, which I refused because I quoted £500!! Spoke to the man about what colour off ribbon and what number plate as well! He drove off with the £300 cash, so they stole the whole £500!
Left my wife without any car on our wedding day, when my wife phoned the company he argued with her saying we had be racist and that he would slap my wife! Luckily good friends pulled through and saved the day!
Police has been contacted!!

We used Phantom Hire after finding them on Google for our Wedding on 3rd May 2025. The service from Kiyani was amazing, he was polite, very attentive to my nerves and made me and my bridal party feel at ease. Nothing was too much trouble, he even pulled over for me so I could catch my breath and settle my nerves before we got to the church. The car was perfect, clean and well maintained. Lovely touch with the number plate that we got to keep. Would definitely use again and will 100% recommend to others. Thank you 😊
