BEWARE if you live in the United States, after you receive your order you will get a bill from FedEx for a little over 33% of what you paid for this item. Petrol Vibes will offer you "Free Shipping", but then after you receive the item, 2 weeks later FedEx will send you a bill for what amounts to a little over 33% due for Import Tax and Duties. There is nowhere in your shopping cart, in the final payment screen or in your confirmation email receipt, that indicates you are going to be charged for these exorbitant Duty Fees. You also have no idea that they are locate overseas when you place this order. I will NEVER buy from them again.

I was kept informed at every step of the process. The piece far exceeded my expectations. It is hung and looks fantastic.

It was very easy to place a custom order and communication was timely. I could not believe how awesome my project turned out! Going to buy something else. My picture was 4 ft wide and was concerned at how the shippers would destroy it. However, it came in perfect and received many compliments at how unusual the art piece is. Thank you so much!!!!

Une fois le produit validé, il y a un certain délai de production à prendre en compte. Cela a duré un peu plus de 15 jours ouvrables pour ma part.
Le résultat est canon, je ne regrette pas et je recommande vivement.

The service was fast. However the shipping box was cheap and was partially opened; the AC adapter to the LED track had fallen out (I purchased another on Amazon). Also the track sections (different colors for sectors) didn't all line up. Perhaps nurburgring was too difficult. I purchased another before (spa) which was excellent. Not sure what happened with the latest order.

This was my fourth purchase from Petrolvibes and without a doubt my favorite. The Acrylic print looks absolutely fantastic. We couldn't be happier.

Delivery was faster than I expected and the quality is excellent. I was not charged any duties. I am going to try a custom order next.

When ordering i did not realize they were out of the country and was concerned about the delivery time as I wanted it as an Anniversary gift. They said they would do their best to accommodate. The design approval and additional correspondence was quick and I had my gift a week before my Anniversary. So happy with the product and the customer service.

I have no issues with the product. The cutouts showed up fine, and are quality pieces. However, the customer service for petrolvibes is some of the worst I have ever seen. The product stated my cutouts would be shipped in 5-10 days. I waited nearly 2 months to receive them. I would follow up via email, their website, and facebook messenger, and not receive a response for 3-5 days on end, and sometimes they wouldn't acknowledge my response, forcing me to wait another 3-5 days to get the actual response. IF you plan on ordering, do not expect to get your delivery for 2 months.

Don’t purchase from this company…especially if you live in America! First of all they take forever!! Thought I was getting scammed!! Second you will be hit with a duties tax almost 75% the cost of the product. Never knew it was coming from Lithuania !!! The small print was deep in documents. Find another company in the USA!!!
The product is ok…overpriced!! Think twice!!!!

I purchased the Circuit De Spa-Francorchamps Neon lighted race track for my husband. He loves it. It took a month to arrive to the US so order early.

Really bad coustumer servicio is to expensive the product for the size and materials the shipment really bad the costumer service never answers 👎👎👎👎👎 1 mot wait for this product

Anna at Petrol Vibes was great communicating with me. Anything custom takes time to deliver. I'm pleased with their service and the end product did not disappoint!

I ordered both the metal cut out silhouette as well as the neon silhouette for nearly $400 per item. It took over eight weeks for it to arrive and the neon silhouette was illuminated for literally only one night and completely stopped working! Horrible customer service and a horrible product.

Love the product it looks fantastic in the room and gathers a lot of positive comments. The buying experience was straightforward and the shipping information was over the top. It seemed like I knew where the package was every step of the process. She's got a car that you love or want a car that you love and this is the start highly recommended
