I went with a custome neon car silhouette. Upon receiving, there was damage to the rear hangar from the shipping process. Contacted them, very quick to respond and re-did the order and sent out. Received in good order this time. They make a fantastic product and customer service was exceptional. Will definitely be ordering more from them. Fantastic!!

The website advertises free shipping, but it does not clearly say that the item is shipped from Europe and that you might have to pay import/customs fees later. This is only mentioned in very small text in the shipping policy. After my package was delivered, I received a $30 invoice from FedEx, which was never clearly explained during checkout!

Another big issue was the extremely long delivery time. The website says orders are dispatched within 5–15 business days, but my package took almost two months to arrive!

I contacted the seller several times asking about my order, but the replies were very generic and didn’t really explain anything.

After about a month of waiting, I started looking up reviews about this site and saw that many other customers reported the exact same issue — deliveries taking around two months. So unfortunately this doesn’t seem like a one-time problem.

By the time the item finally arrived, it was already too late for the occasion I bought it for, since it was supposed to be a gift.

The product itself is fine, but the long delay, poor communication, and the unexpected FedEx invoice made the whole experience very frustrating.

Just be aware: if you order from this store, be prepared to wait around two months and possibly receive an additional import fee after delivery.

My experience with PetrolVibes is amazing, I want to thank you, for such beautiful job. I gifted to my boyfriend, he loves cars and has two old antique... he LOVED it... it was amazing to see his face of joy while opening the boxes.

If I could do half a star, I would. The product itself was fine, but it took ridiculously long to arrive. I ordered it on January 18th as a Valentines day present thinking almost a month would be more than enough time and I didn’t get it until two days ago, March 3rd. The 15-20 business days they say it will take to ship is crap, but with it being a holiday, that may be why it took a bit longer. I sent several emails to their staff looking for an update and they were not forthcoming about how long it was really going to take, nor did they respond in a timely manner. When I ordered the product, there was no tracking or order number, so there was no way for me to even see how long it was going to take until it finally shipped in mid February. My advice to the company is to be more forthcoming about how long the product will take to get to the recipient. And I’m sorry, but $200 for it to take almost two months to arrive is absolutely absurd.

Shipping took a little longer than expected but it was totally worth it!

I ordered the Monaco LED race track wall art for my boyfriend's birthday. I ordered it Jan 16 and it was delivered February 26. It took over a month to receive it and I wish I would have known because I wouldn't have ordered it since it arrived two weeks after his birthday. The shipping estimate on their website is misleading. Also, when it arrived it arrived in a box that I feel was not properly packaged. It just had a cardboard piece over the wall art, no bubble wrap or anything to truly protect it from being damaged while shipping. Luckily it wasn't damaged but when my boyfriend opened it he liked it but we noticed that the quality of the product does not match the price tag. They make it look much nicer on their website photos. I spent about $200 on a product that does not look high quality. Some of the LED strip was slightly coming off on one end. My boyfriend was happy with it because that track is nostalgic for him. That was his favorite F1 race he attended. However, the quality of the product is not worth the price and the long shipping time.

Do not order from here. You will receive a huge shipping bill after the fact. Not happy about this when it was supposed to be free shipping.

The product is as advertised so no issue there. It is shipped from Lithuania directly to you. Sounds good so far, but what they don't tell you is, this makes you the "Importer of record" and as such you are responsible for import duties and taxes. FedEx will act as the broker on your behalf and collect a 15% duty plus a disburstment fee ($15 for my purchase) for a total of $46.50. When you review the shipping information on the order page this is not explained at all. I would have given them 5 stars for the product but with the ambiguity regarding Duties and Fees, 2 stars is all I can do.

Item was listed as free shipping. I received a bill for $40.50 from FedEx.

Two months until delivery then received a $36 tariff invoice from FedEx because Petrol Vibes showed me as the importer of record instead of themselves. They are the importer, not me. All US customers should now expect to pay an additional 15% on top of the advertised price.

Very good quality, a beautiful design and great customer service.
