Ordered posters and the frames came broken. Got refund after emailing multiple times, but now cannot find any frames that work with the posters.

Delivery not too long. Product as described. Grandson loved it!

Poor communication. Asked for refund And have not received it. They sent the product to wrong address and country.

Products exactly as described and customer support was top shelf even if the problem was all my own doing. Order arrived safely and packaged well with no damage.

Secure packaging, messed up order but quickly responded to me and fixed the issue without difficulty. Would definitely order again.

Everything was fine regarding product quality but you sent the wrong item for one of the three things I bought.

Ultimately this was a really fun ad to my growing car art collection. Two flaws of no fault to petrolia’s.

The size of these prints and frames were far smaller than anticipated. I should have verified their size before buying them, but ultimately they will match my other ones nicely.

The frames they came in did well to keep the art protected, but are by no means sturdy or able to hang on the wall. This isn’t much of a fault in my opinion. Frames are cheap to replace and ultimately they got them across the pond.

Aside from those two things, the product, curation, and idea is worth exploring. The art I got is of my first car and current car so they will be cherished for a long time. Definetly will be looking for more large format ads though.

I ordered the original poster from BMW and ran out of copies..Two ordered posters ran out separately, yet the payment was one, so customs clearance is very complicated...I'm not at all happy and I'll never shop with this seller again.

I had a great experience with Petrolia. I would contact them and they would respond very quickly and the package arrived also in a timely manner. The ad I got was in good condition and overall just had a perfect experience!

Great company for customer service, prompt and friendly responses. The items themselves came wrapped in bubble wrap with no damage and look amazing. Product look s better in person than the pics. 100% will be buying from again

I was scared to order because I hadn’t before and found the small business through TikTok, but i’m so glad i did. My adverts came in perfect quality and the owner had amazing communication with me throughout the entire process, the order was shipped within a few days and arrived within a week. :)

Although it took a while to arrive from the uk to nz, everything came super well wrapped up. Website was super easy to use. Advert is super wonderful and pristine. Such a great idea and will be shopping again in the future ❤️
