Ordered pet flea treatment, promised 12 month advance dated medicine over their on-line chat and received 2 month in advance medicine for my dog, very disappointed.
Won't buy from them again. Would give less than 1 star for not considering the health and welfare of my dog.

Purchased a bag of 12kg hills science diet dog food on Oct 12th and it’s still not been delivered, this is now well beyond the timeframe they advised on their website, even with the Auspost delays.

They have consistently denied my requests to send a replacement bag or even provide some form of compensation. They instead are passing the buck and telling me to chase Auspost.

I love buying my dog food from Pet Post their service is great they prices are great it having be buying from them seen Covid started and have continued doing so because their service is fast and trustworthy if you have any questions they’re staff are great people to talk too if they are out off same thing they email you and let you know it available again.
I will continue to buy from them as along as I have my baby girl because his loves her food from them.

first time i ordered from petpost. our vet recommended dog dry food for oral health but at aud163.00 per 12kg bag was way over my budget. checked suppliers on line came across PETPOST. check their prices and for under aud198.00 purchased 2 x 12kg bags with free freight. ordered 29th jan 2021 and recd regional nsw/murray river region on tuesday 2nd feb with aust post courier. what service about the best we have ever experienced. and the prices certainly the best i could find on line. so to PETPOST keep up the good work you do assist pet owners with very reasonable prices for your goods. 2focuson2 tocumwal nsw

This company sucks. I used a monthly eye stain wipes for my pup. I found out that I certainly don't need these wipes every month. I tried 8 emails, 8 texts, called their phone which just had a recording and no where to talk to someone. I actually had to cancel my debit card Friday because again, I got another shipment. Beyond beyond frustrated.

1. I received my parcel in 2 working days!!
2. They use Australia post. (more reliable than other small dodgy courier where parcel gets missing and no tracking)
3. Very Cheap
4. Well packed in the box

I will definitely buy from Petpost again
