Merce arrivata dopo 20 giorni dalla Cina chiaramente contraffatta! Avendo delle scatole di collari seresto originali le ho confrontate e sono chiaramente imitazioni e manca il bollino Bayer. Non le ho usate per non fare male ai miei animali e consiglio altrettanto. Le consegnerò assieme alla denuncia per contraffazione alla polizia postale.

Fatto un ordine per 4 collari 10 giorni fa, mai arrivato e se cerco di rintracciarlo con il numero ordine mi dice ordine non trovato..., ho scritto e mi hanno risposto di avere pazienza che arriverà, ma ho paura di essere stata fregata viste anche le altre recensioni.....

L'ordine anche se in ritardo è arrivato correttamente, quindi ringrazio e rimetto gli onori.

Depuis 10 jours aucun retour du vendeur…

Depuis 10 jours aucun retour du vendeur malgré une plainte et un dossier litige en cours avec PayPal pour l'achat de deux colliers manifestement contrefait et très dangeureux en provenance de Chine. Il n'y a qu'à voir les autres avis concernant ce vendeur, très malin certe mais je souhaite récupérer mes 50€ ! J'ai demander l'annulation dans l'heure qui a suivi et envoyer un mail. Évidemment le colier était déjà en livraison (comme c'est étrange). Je vais remonter l'information au autorité compétente en la matière pour investiguer sur ce business dangeureux et malhonette

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed, I ordered Seresto Collars on February 7, 2024 I paid for on February 8 and was sent tracking information that my package had shipped. When I click on the tracking information, (2/13/24) it says waiting for seller to ship. They do not respond to me. I am trying to get a refund.

Azienda fake???? Probabilmente sì

Ho fatto un ordine l'8 febbraio scorso riguardante un collare Seresto.... Se seguo io track risulta "not found", se cerco il numero del mio ordine all'interno del loro sito, appare "impossibile trovare ordine".... Anche io come ha scritto una signora, ho mandato una mail di sollecito alla quale mi hanno risposto di avere pazienza perché gli ordini erano tanti e quindi la consegna avrebbe subito un ritardo: tutte ca****e!!!! Credo anche io che sia una truffa!!!! Sicuramente non finisce qua!!!! Fatevi vivi e consegnateci ciò che abbiamo pagato!

Ad oggi anche io come altri che ho letto, attendo risposta sa Elanco x l'autenticità del collare Seresto che mi è nel frattempo arrivato dalla Cina.... Posso anticipare che per la verifica occorrono una 60 di gg, nel frattempo la ditta non mi ha confermato l'autenticità del prodotto ma mi ha scritto che con molta probabilità si tratta di una truffa..... Attendo l'esito finale.

J'ai payé 24.45euros pour un collier antipuces, je n'ai reçu ni confirmation de commande ni bien sûr les colliers. Ca ne m'était encore jamais arrivé. Arnaque totale. J'ai versé de l'argent ... pour RIEN !!! Site à éviter absolument.
Concrètement, on m'a demandé de payer mon panier, ce que j'ai fait, et ensuite RIEN du tout. Incroyable !!!

Non acquistate da questo sito. Ho ordinato due collari antipulci per cani, quando ho notato che erano prodotti e spediti dalla Cina mi sono insospettita ed ho scritto un'email alla casa produttrice per la verifica dei lotti. La casa produttrice mi ha risposto che non erano prodotti originali e che i lotti in questione erano falsi. Se non avessi scritto alla casa produttrice non avrei mai notato la differenza con quelli originali perchè sono una copia esatta. Ho richiesto subito un rimborso su Paypal. Vi ricordo che la contraffazione è reato.

Item never received, avoid!

I ordered flea treatment from this unknown company as it was a bit cheaper. Never received it. They say it was delivered which isn’t a true. Had to buy again from local shop as my dog couldn’t wait any longer. Still waiting for a refund. Avoid. Looks like a scam company.

L'azienda espone articoli originali sul suo sito ma una volta che li hai ordinati, ti spedisce dei contraffatti.
Io ho acquistato una pettorina originale Julius K-9 e mi hanno spedito una pettorina contraffatta.
Ho aperto una contestazione su PayPal per riavere i soldi che ho speso.
Mi ha scritto il servizio clienti Petpet-Park dicendomi che se non chiudo la contestazione, PayPal non consente loro di rimborsarmi e pertanto mi ha proposto di chiuderla con la promessa di ricevere il rimborso, dicendomi che se non lo ricevo entro 3/5 giorni, potrò poi riaprirla.
Ho chiamato il servizio clienti PayPal il quale mi ha risposto che il venditore può rimborsare nonostante la controversia sia aperta e che se la chiudo, poi non potrò più riaprirla.

Lascio a voi dedurre che livello di onestà ha questo venditore.

A Slight Bump, but Top-Drawer Service

Got me hands full with 7 dogs and 3 cats, you know. Threw down a 1-star initially 'cause the Seresto collars and Frontline Plus for the cats had a bit of a scuff in the package. Just being straight with you.

Now, here's the twist – PetPet-Park's service? Proper top-drawer. Shot 'em a pic of the hiccup, and they jumped on it like a cat on a mouse. Sorted it out sharpish, quick and proper.

Thinking I'll stick with PetPet-Park for the long haul. Delivery is quick as a flash!!! 9 days flat!!! all the way from Germany!!! Can't fault it. Give 'em a whirl – solid recommendation. Cheers!

Quick update On 24.1.16–
been using the products for near enough 2 months now, and I've got to say, they're the bee's knees. All those pesky fleas gone in 48 hours, no word of a lie. Same quality as the local store, but get this, the price was only 40%.

Definitely a solid 5-star in my book! Got a plan in the works to regularly snag their products – got a whole squad of furry babies to keep happy. Top-notch stuff!"

Counterfeit cat collars

I ordered two seresto cat flea collars. On checking the 'track order' info, they were coming from China.. First red flag! They arrived Saturday and they were counterfeit, fortunately, I had a genuine collar and tin to compare with. I contacted elanco who confirmed that the lot number on the tin was fake. These were good copies.. if you didn't have the original, you will probably be duped.. they have the stickers inside etc.. everything to look genuine, they also weren't cheap enough to raise suspicion. I contacted the company and told them I had contacted the supplier with regard to the counterfeit collars and told them that I wanted a full refund, I received the refund yesterday, seresto collars are never dispatched from China to an address in the uk. Avoid avoid avoid... these are very convincing counterfeit collars

When it's too good to be true...

When it's too good to be true it's usually fake. It seems to be the case here. If you look closely all (but one) of the 5* reviews are from people with a single review posted on TrustPilot.

It doesn't take long to see that all 5* reviews are bull** I'm surprised that TrustPilot didn't detect this website as a scam yet.

The website is filled with mistakes, the support email is on gmail rather than @petpet-park.com... come on TrustPilot...

SCAM

Update 17th Jan. Reply on here isn't even addressed to the right person. They ignored all emails when item didn't arrive due to it being returned to sender before even leaving China. Luckily I had used PayPal. I opened a case with them which the company ignored until it was escalated and PayPal decided in my favour and returned the money. I repeat my first statement AVOID AT ALL COSTS! SCAM! Do not use this website. Items shipped from China and don't arrive. Any good review on here is fake, many are identical but apparently written by different people. Avoid at all costs!
