This is a fake site. Why would someone order a product and then over a month later leave a review. They are not authorized to see these collars, they are knock off fakes. They provide fictious information and then they say you did not give them all your information when their website never asked for it or had a place for it. Their tracking numbers are fake and they get the products from China and then try to sell them as their own. 90% of the positive feedback is the same person, changing some of the details, but says practically the same thing.

J'ai commandé et payé un collier anti puces pour chien le 3 mars 2024 qui selon le site devait être livré en 9 jours maximum. Nous sommes le 19 mars et je n'ai toujours rien reçu.
Suite à mon mail de réclamation,ils m'ont assuré que ma commande arriverai dans les 3 à 5 jours. Cela fait 7 jours.
J'en déduis que ce site est une belle arnaque, attirant les commandes par des prix très attractifs.
Pour eux 24 € ce n'est pas grand chose mais pour moi c'est beaucoup. En attendant je n'ai pas reçu le collier pour mon chien.

Sono sempre stata soddisfatta del collare SERESTRO e il mio Cavalier King Dylan NON ha MAI avuto problemi di parassiti. Cercando su "trova prezzi " mi è comparso questo sito con prezzo piu conveniente e ho ordinato due SERESTRO. Alla consegna ho aperto la scatola e mi sono subito accorta che NON era il solito SERESTRO. Ho avuto la conferma del collare CONTRAFFATTO poiché indossandolo il mio Cavalier King era pieno di pulci 😪 ( non era mai accaduto prima con il SERESTRO originale). Per cortesia segnate questo sito per truffa e raggiro . Non buttate i Vostri soldi !!!

Collare Seresto Bayer ordinato e pagato con PayPal. Numero di tracciamento inesistente presso il corriere Poste Italiane dopo 5 giorni dall'ordine. Due mail con richiesta di informazioni e con risposta: "vogliamo assicurarvi che gli ordini vengono elaborati e spediti entro 24 ore dall'invio". Ma invio e spedizione non sono forse la stessa cosa? Si tratta di invio del denaro per l'acquisto? Ma allora perchè non vi è traccia della spedizione presso il corriere dopo 5 giorni? Per me davvero poco seri.
P.s. dopo circa 7 gg. Il collare è arrivato, omaggiato. Ritengo sia un buon modo per scusarsi.

Ho letto le recensioni negative e mi sono preoccupata visto che avevo fatto l’ordine dei collari seresto.
Invece non è così , i collari sono arrivati con il corriere e sono Originali , chiusi nella loro scatola.
Ho voluto precisare perché talvolta a causa di recensioni negative veniamo influenzati .
Ma in questo caso tutto ok!

Sin da subito mi sono accorto che non presentava la tipica polverina....dopo aver avuto conferma, leggendo solo adesso qs recensioni (purtroppo), ho tagliato un pezzetto e verificato che si tratta di un pezzo di gomma.
Domani sporgo denuncia.

Sito non affidabile. Ho scritto ieri pochi minuti dopo aver fatto acquisto di annullare il mio ordine ma non ho ricevuto risposta. Non hanno numero di telefono ma la spedizione arriva da Hong Kong. Questo non era specificato sul sito. E' chiaramente un sito truffatore. Anche io non esiterò a denunciarli se non verrò rimborsata. Fate attenzione!!!!!

Ho acquistato tre collari Seresto per cani oltre 8 kg e sono risultati contraffatti! Sia la scatola che il collare sono falsi!!! Non comprate più questo prodotto!

Collare Seresto contraffati, truffa fatta pure alla perfezione perché la confezione é identica mentre il collare é un pezzo di gomma inutile facilmente riconoscibile da chi usa Seresto da una vita, per non parlare del foglietto illustrativo che é una fotocopia anche di bassa qualità. Spero che rimborsino prima di denunciarli

Per me è una truffa come scritto da altri, spero di sbagliarmi ma temo di no. Ho ordinato 2 collari Seresto da giorni, non solo non riesco più a visualizzare nella pagina dove si trovi il mio ordine ma ho anche scritto al loro indirizzo e-mail per chiedere spiegazioni e nessuno mi ha risposto. Vergognoso!

Trattasi probabilmente di una truffa, il sito non è più raggiungibile, l'ordine non mi è mai arrivato: due collari seresto.

Ho ricevuto 3 collari seresto,circa un mese fa. Da subito mi sono apparsi diversi, cioè la plastica non presentava quella superficie leggermente polverosa tipica. A distanza di un mese la mia cagnolina si gratta insistentemente. Credo che i collari siano falsi

Ho ordinato 2 collari da una settimana non è arrivata né mail di conferma ordine né la merce.
