We are very sorry you recieved the wrong colour gift set. The courier situation was out of our hands, but I’m glad it was collected in the end and the order has now been refunded in full.

Belachelijke kosten & lelijke kleding

Heb hier 4 pakketten besteld voor 60 euro per pakket en zou dan een waar van 130 in moeten zitten dit was niet het geval in alle 4 de pakketten alleen maar oude troep gekregen !! Buiten dat alles om heb ik verzendkosten betaald van 35 euro om daarbovenop van FedEx nog een inklaringsfactuur van 90 euro te krijgen echt belachelijk raad dan ook iedereen aan om hier nooit te bestellen zeker niet als je niet in uk woont want deze kosten zijn bij mij niet bekend gemaakt voor het bestellen anders had ik zoiezo nooit besteld.

Disappointing customer service

Purchased a dress after this company being recommended - 10 days later no parcel & no despatch email - emailed to ask if it was on way, no reply, sent a nice message on Instagram just to ask if anyone had got my email and if I could expect my parcel anytime soon, I received a reply apologising to say it hadn’t been sent but not sure why and it would be looked into after the bank holiday - great, Fair enough, never heard anything after the bank holiday but Instagram stories were still being posted with new stock and offers so messaged a further twice, still being polite just asking if someone could let me know what was happening and received a very blunt and rude reply saying they would send a refund, no explanation nothing. Customer service not great.

Have ordered from petit amours many…

Have ordered from petit amours many times it my favourite shop to buy from and my go to for any outfits for my daughter and now my baby boy due in July. Fast delivery and customer service is brilliant! If you have any queries they come back to you so quick! Couldn't recommend enough! The best clothes.

Efficient Service

Efficient service. Item was pre-ordered awaiting restock at end of February when item was dispatched as promised. Very happy I didn’t have to chase and service was executed in a timely manner.

Poor customer service

The item i purchased was not as described and the company refused to give me a refund. I would not recommend purchasing from this company

As discussed by email, the item was as described, the true full fabric composition of the product is stated on the website.

We cannot refund hugely discounted Black Friday orders due to being a small business and not having huge stock levels.

Your credit note is valid for 6 months. We hope you find something to replace your tracksuit in that time.
