Disappointing experience.

I recently ordered a beautiful outfit for my son’s first birthday. It arrived and I immediately noticed it was size 18m and not the 12m I ordered. I checked my screenshot of the order confirmation which confirmed I had ordered the correct 12m size. I immediately attempted to contact them but the ‘email us’ service on their website did not allow me to send my message so I gave them a call. I was quite bluntly told that they do not have size 12m, I asked why I was able to select this option and I got no reason. I was then told that they only had 2x size 24m and that was it. When I tried to probe more and ask what they will do I was again quite bluntly told that “You’ll just have to send it back and get a refund”. I’m disappointed as the item is beautiful and exactly what I needed and now we’ll have to make do with the larger size or try and source something different. If I was contacted prior to postage I would have understood the situation and cancelled my order but absolutely no contact was made and they just decided to give me whatever it was they had.

I received my item which was the wrong size. It was a size bigger than I ordered. The shorts have pull in string and the jumper looks over sized so I kept it as I didn’t have time to send it back! It’s a lovely set and arrived quickly only negative was the wrong order.

I have received my items and I like it so much.

I ordered a pair of faux leather Fun&fun shorts and they arrived without the belt shown on the picture advertised

I ordered a few items after a few days I received a msg saying you have been partially refunded, never said what I was getting a refund for and never said sorry for allowing me to purchase these items and waiting a week for delivery

I honestly couldn’t recommend this shop enough it’s hard to find a good traditional shop who goes above and beyond even with postal strikes to make sure your order arrives before Christmas first class customer service and fantastic quality

I did not receive the order and I have been trying to contact the sellers but they have not responded

Just what we were looking for a coat for our grandson, at a good price, and as described, also quick delivery, sellers communication was very good to , a pleasure to deal with, A++++

Used clearpay for my order and only knew i wasn’t receiving my order through clearpay sending an email about the refund I later received an email from this store stating I was getting a partial refund my order was for 1 item which was out of stock so don’t understand why they’d give me a partial refund if I didn’t receive anything

Excellent service, fast postage, price in sale amazing and item has describe. Perfect transaction. Great little boutique.
