I'm worried about my order.
I have submitted my order and it appears that it's complete but they haven't shipped it yet, although it's been 9 days now! I didn't received a confirmation that my order has been dispatched or a tracking number or something. And they don't have an email to contact them on the website! I'm just afraid that my order is lost.

You have not tried to contact us even though all our details are on the webpage, but you feel it’s fair to leave a negative review
Your order as been processed and sent and I can’t help how long it takes for it to be delivered Abroad.
Poor
Placed an order for 2 outfits and a pair of socks. I was sent the wrong colour of socks and contacted the company. I did not even get an apology. I was told to post the socks back and they would send me the colour I had ordered. When I asked if they could sent me funds to cover postage I was told they would send me the money once they had received the socks back. Wouldn’t use again, did not like their way of doing business. For the sake of £3 I will buy socks elsewhere!

I did apologise as it was the first word in my message, We don’t offer free returns as we a small company not a international chain store, and I did offer you a full refund on the postage when I get the other pair back, to which I would send you the correct pair, I’m not sure what else you want me to do, I am only human and mistakes can happen.
