Order never arrived
Placed my order and waited. Received an email about dispatch and waited and waited and waited. Finally received a call from some random person saying my tags were in her order and luckily tags had my number. She was going to send to me but still waiting....

Images don’t reflect product received
The images on your home page don’t show branding on the tag. I would not have placed an order if I knew there would be a company logo featured under my pets name - I wanted his name to be the feature of his tag as he isn’t a walking advertisement.
