Non existent customer service
I ordered 2 tags (1 as backup) however only 1 has been received so far. This is fine if there was a mistake however I have now sent 3 emails and a Facebook message which have not been replied to. I'm currently out of pocket and although it only took 2 days to send the order I haven't received any response for weeks after my initial email.
The tag appears to be good quality however don't count on having issues resolved in a timely manner. I will happily update this review if my issue is addressed however this has been a bad experience so far.

I am still waiting on my order to be delivered and it's been over 3 months. They said they'd be sending a new one and stopped answering my emails and messages.

Wrong information on tags
Unfortunately we got tags that were wrong which were corrected. The new tags were sent a week later. Unfortunately they are also wrong, not going to worry about contacting them again, as it’s very hard to get a hold of them. Tags do look nice though.

The quality and look of the tags are great, they're not too big or bulky and easy to read. A great alternative to the plastic DACO issued ones.

The turnaround for the tag was so quick and we received it quickly after it was dispatched.
