Engraved in all capital letters, not what I put in the text boxes at all. Put an advertisement for themselves on there without notice or permission. Ignored my follow up email.

Strong and clear
Our dog Lucy is an escape artist. Her aluminium tag broke off so we tried the stainless steel I'd tag.
It is a great size and the writing is very clear.
The time taken from ordering to receiving was also very quick. We are happy with this idea tag.

You can’t even set up it makes you log in or create a account and once you’ve down that you have to scan it again and it takes you back to the log in and once your logged in it takes you to the home page and you can’t add a pet anywhere it’s just a cycle all this product is, is a muck around
