I enjoy the academy very much.
I enjoy the academy very much.
I think it takes a bit of an intermediate approach with some beginner stuff. Which is fine to me.
Plenty of solid info and this to work on. I think it's worth it. thanks

Glad it's landing well. That read on the level is fair: the paths deliberately mix foundations with more intermediate ground, so there's something to fall back on and something to stretch towards depending on where you are. Sounds like you've got plenty to work through, which is exactly the idea. Thanks for taking the time to write this.

The right choice
I was honestly very satisfied, I believe that the course is very well structured and for all levels; the thing that I liked the most is having the opportunity to be viewed and judged by people who are experts in this profession in the end what interests us is to understand if what we are doing with music is simply a hobby or if the idea of embarking on a career in this sector can be considered.
In addition, the possibility of participating in Talent Pools is a real opportunity to become even more aware of ourselves.

This is exactly why the feedback sessions exist. Anyone can tell you your track is great; far fewer people will tell you honestly where you stand and what it would take. Glad you took that on, and glad the Talent Pools felt like a genuine door rather than a gimmick. Looking forward to hearing what you send in next 🔥

The just focus on young people as a new…
The just focus on young people as a new talent. They don’t give chance to people unless you keep paying them.

Odpowiedź od Pete Tong DJ Academy
Alberto, we'd rather answer this properly than brush it off. On age: we don't select by it, and we never have. Plenty of the people getting the most out of the Campus came to production in their thirties, forties and beyond, and the artists teaching here have decades behind them, so the idea that only the young get looked at isn't how any of this works. On opportunities: being considered costs nothing beyond being a member. There's no fee to enter a Talent Pool, no paid queue, no way to buy a listen. What gets someone noticed here is the same thing that has always got people noticed in this industry: work that makes people stop and listen, sent in again and again until it does. That door is open to you at any age, and the only real way to find out is to keep putting the music in front of us.

FROM ZERO TO DJING
ALWAYS LEARNING, ALWAYS EVOLVING
MY JOURNEY AS A DJ HAS BEEN A CONSTANT PROCESS OF LEARNING AND EVOLUTION. THE PETE TONG DJ ACADEMY HAS HELPED ME DEEPEN MY UNDERSTANDING OF DJING, IMPROVE MY SKILLS, AND SEE MUSIC FROM A MORE PROFESSIONAL AND CREATIVE PERSPECTIVE.
WHAT I APPRECIATE MOST IS THE POSSIBILITY TO KEEP LEARNING, REFINING MY TECHNIQUE, AND DEVELOPING MY OWN SOUND THROUGH VALUABLE INSIGHTS AND KNOWLEDGE FROM EXPERIENCED ARTISTS AND PROFESSIONALS.
THIS EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN AN IMPORTANT STEP IN MY GROWTH AS A DJ AND A STRONG MOTIVATION TO KEEP IMPROVING. THANK YOU!

From zero to DJing, and now developing your own sound: that's a proper journey, and it's all down to the consistency you're describing. Constant learning and evolution is the mindset the artists we work with live by, so you're clearly on the right path. Thank you for putting it into words so well, and keep refining that sound! 🔥

Love the academy
For me, everything was great. I love the feeling of being in a studio with legendary DJs and producers. Since joining the academy, I have been able to improve my skills as a DJ and producer a lot, and meet new people with the same energy to learn and be better.

Odpowiedź od Pete Tong DJ Academy
That feeling of being in the studio with the artists is one of our favourite things to hear about, because it's exactly what the sessions are designed to give you. And pairing that with new people who share your energy to improve? That's the full picture. Your skills growing on both the DJ and producer side is your work paying off. Keep going! 🔥

Teachers + Courses A+ | Support Needs a L'il More Focus
I love the courses and all of the professors. They were all great but I found Diplo's advice to be particularly insightful. They have had a couple of hiccups with my account but eventually made it right. One thing I would recommend constructively is afterhours to have some support available. The AI tool doesn't cut it, and waiting all weekend when there's a deadline isn't fun; especially when it's a system error. Still recommending it to people who it can be helpful to and will continue to support PTDJA!

Odpowiedź od Pete Tong DJ Academy
Thanks so much for this, and for still recommending us even after a bumpy patch. Really glad Diplo's sessions landed for you; that mix of real-world insight is exactly what we hope people take away. You're right that a system error hanging over a weekend deadline isn't good enough. . If anything urgent crops up again, always open a support ticket inside the help center our campus and a tutor will pick it up.

As an electronic music producer
As an electronic music producer, I found this course very inspiring and useful. The instructors explain concepts in a clear and professional way, and I learned techniques that have improved my workflow and sound. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to take their music production to the next level.

Thanks so much for this. Hearing that the techniques actually landed in your workflow and your sound is exactly what we're after: real changes at the desk, not just theory. That clarity you mention comes from instructors who've genuinely lived this craft, so it means a lot that it came through for you as a producer. Keep pushing that sound.

No refunds for a junk program about good ol days.
Within minutes of purchasing the program I knew I made a mistake. The onboarding process was very disjointed, emails went to spam, and were from different senders from the billing, and they were not immediately sent, making it difficult to source the onboarding emailS needed.
The course kicks off and all the legends are there but they are talking about nastalgia, the way things used to be and more time is spent talking about the good old times than talking about what to do to become a DJ.
The videos are not well produced either.
I ended up bailing on the program within a few days and went to seek a refund...no refunds!
Junk program, bad delivery, and no refunds, stay away!

Thank you for the honest write up, and we're sorry your first days felt this rough. You're right that onboarding emails should arrive promptly, and never near a spam folder. That feedback has gone straight to the team.
On support: we can see your ticket from 11 July and our reply on 13 July checking everything was sorted, but no refund request has reached us on our side unfortunately.
On the course itself: the artist masterclasses are deliberately experience led, because hearing how those careers were really built is part of the value. The practical, step by step teaching lives in the structured course paths, over 130 lessons per course, with exercises and weekly live mentoring and feedback. We'd have loved you to reach that part, and we know the format suits some learners more than others.

This was a very fun journey for me and i learnt alot of new things that helped me get my sound to a professional level. One thing that was a bit annoying is that the level (ie g2 producer/Dj ) were locked for almost a month after i finished requirements for them
