Unclear state of recent purchase - fantastic Mr Fox
Ordinarily, I get great service but my most recent transaction has not shipped nor have I received notification about what the issue is. I purchased 3 books in 2 transactions and one book is not accounted for. I’m sure it will be resolved but I have had to contact the store multiple times.

Unwieldy Item
I have bought from Peter Harrington several times in the past, and I have always been happy with the result. This time I asked for them to phone me about the posting of an unwieldy item, and they did so. We sorted out the practicalities, and the item is now safer and better conserved than it was at the point of purchase. Many thanks to the Dispatch colleague who phoned me.

First time I've bought a book from…
First time I've bought a book from Peter Harrington. It was book I like and it was at the right price. Peter Harrington responded immediately in sending it. Living in the United States, I was amazed how quickly it arrived. It was delayed a short while only because of an extra step it took through U.S. Customs. The staff at Peter Harrington were responsive when the shipment had the extra snag in customs.
