Had need to contact the shop by phone and my questions were answered very knowledgeably. The book arrived the next morning with my postman. Well packaged and handed to me.

I have dealt with Bittern Books on multiple occasions and cannot fault them, excellent communications, nothing is too much trouble and they are really local. I always try to use independent local companies where possible. Their emails are informative and interesting to read and up to date with what’s out there for us book lovers. As I live locally to them I usually get my orders delivered by a member of staff. Thank you kindly.
