Worse experience ever.
The product you buy online is NOTHING like the pictures, cheap, plastic, poor qaulity. Refunds are not easy. They say they have a depo in Newcastle but they dont.. you have to send the item back to China. £25 minimum then once they receive the item they block you so you get double scammed. Im reporting this company on every platform possible and I am already in liaison with trading standards. They wasted so much of my time and money im personally investing in exposing this scamming company, police have also started an investigation with trading standards.

Would give no stars if possible….. my order never arrived, no refund, no customer service…… do not buy from here

Despite the name and image portrayed, there is no Peter or Claire and the items are shipped from Asia, not Newcastle. This is very well done to look like it is a UK business

When the item arrived after a lengthy wait, it was a totally different item. The customer service response is quick, but insists that you pay for return shipping for their errors (To Asia and will not refund or replace until the item makes its lengthy journey back!)

If you point out that it is your legal right for them to pay return shipping and not you, they then ignore you completely.

Purchase at your own risk!

If I could give this company no stars I would. They DO NOT have a store in Newcastle. There is no Peter or Claire. It is a SCAM! I sadly believed the 'blurb' ordered sandals and a blazer. I cannot describe how awful the items were when they finally arrived (3 weeks later). It is a company that is in Asia. If you want to return they want you to send to Asia. You get an AI assistant emails which look like a person has written them. DO NOT BUY from this company. I paid by credit card and claimed my money back via chargeback. DO NOT be tempted. You will regret it.

Ordered an item of clothing, completely different material as advertised. Extremely poor quality and finish of garment.
Having issues obtaining a refund, unless I am prepared to pay the cost of returning to Asia

This is a shocking company selling substandard goods. They should not be allowed to advertise on Google or Facebook.

I received what only can be described as a misshapen
thing rather than a pullover. I was then given an incomplete address to return it to China which was refused by the shipping company. I then received what was the complete address and then separately a pdf of a form complete with spelling mistakes that needed to be filled in and included. I don't have a printer so at this point I gave up.

If I could give minus stars I would. I ordered 2 sweaters. If they had not actually arrived, I would call this a scam. I assume Peter and Claire do not actually exist, if you are real, the pair of you should be ashamed of yourselves. I imagine you go to sleep at night congratulating yourselves on the business model you have created. The quality was a disgrace, I would not wear them. The returns policy is misleading, they fail to mention that items must be returned to China at your expense. I wish I had read these reviews, I usually do. They are a disgraceful company selling absolute rubbish. I wanted to return my items because one was completely mis-sized. They initially offered a 20% refund, then 30%. I explained one item was too small and the quality was a disgrace anyway. I asked for their address to file a Trading Standards complaint and confirmed I wanted to return the items, they then offered a 70% refund and I keep the rags they call sweaters. Do not buy anything from this company.

This company are clearly not based in Newcastle as after a significant delay you are unable to track your items.

When the items eventually arrived they are shocking,nothing like image and clearly from China.The fabric is cheap and quality terrible,I suspect from the reviews I will not get a refund .Shame on you beware they are scammers and not legitimate.

This company is not English; it is Chinese, selling substandard goods. When you ask to return the goods, you have to return to China and pay for the whole cost of the return. It looks like an English company from Newcastle in there advertisment it is not they also claim to be associated with Peter Andre and Katie Price ? be warned

Do not be duped by this outfit.
The photos are fake, as is the 'creators'' biography. As others have stated, it's a Chinese set-up, selling what appear to be good-looking clothes under false claims of 'natural' and 'Premium Cotton and Linen blend' fabrics, for example. I was attracted to a particular clothes ensemble, via a Facebook ad, and it arrived yesterday: 100% polyester, without a single strand of any natural fabric whatsoever.
Fake claims, false advertising. Steer well clear. Quite horrible.

PeterandClaire Newcastle are not what they seem. The clothes are made in China, the returns policy means you pay to return to China, the sizes are deceptively small and the quality fairly shoddy. The illustrations of the clothes make the cardigans look as if they are soft wool, (although admittedly wool is not stated in the catalogue) they are not and are thus not flowing like a cardigan would be.. Because of the material used the bright colours look garish, all unwearable. A shirt was so thin it looks like it would tear really quickly. Do not be deceived by great marketing.

Have totally duped my elderly mother with shoddy goods and no return options trying to get her to settle for a pittance for goods she did not order or want

I wish I had read the previous review before I bought from this company. They have nothing to do with Newcastle UK. I feel I have been tricked into buying from China and am struggling to return shoes which do not fit.

Please be aware that this company appears to operate as a dropshipping business selling low-quality items shipped directly from China while presenting itself as a UK-based brand. The quality of the clothing I received was extremely poor and nowhere near worth the very high prices they charge.

What made the experience even worse is their return policy. If you want to return an item, you are expected to ship it back to China at your own expense, which can cost an unreasonable amount of money. This information is not made clear enough before purchasing.

I would strongly advise future customers to research carefully before ordering. In my experience, this felt misleading and very disappointing.
