This company is awful DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.
NEVER ORDER FROM THEM OR PART WITH ANY MONEY.
They are full of empty promises.
I’ve now been dealing with them since July and still no answers of where my parcel is.
AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered a lounge set. Said it was a velvety material, looked velvety! What arrived looked similar but was nylon. Nothing like the picture. Company said the difference is down to monitor differences but that doesn’t explain the complete change in material used to material described …?! Was not worth the price! All their items are on TEMU at a fraction of what they are asking! I don’t know if it’s the same product as I haven’t ordered. Just saw the same adverts for the clothes. Delivery was very slow. Customer service was shoddy at best & nothing is their fault. If you see something, check TEMU as it’s all on there! Cheaper than Davin … hope this helps someone else. I didn’t get anything back… despite asking many times for a refund. This company is not right…

I ordered a pair of sunglasses order 5635 over 9 weeks ago on 7th June and these have still not been delivered despite assurances from Customer services
If I could give no stars I would please do not order anything from this company

FURTHER UPDATED REVIEW. WHEN YOU MESSAGE THIS COMPANY TO ASK WHERE YOUR ORDER IS. THE AUTO REPLY SAYS 24-48 HOURS FOR A REPLY. WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH. AFTER EMAILING ON THE 15TH JULY TO ASK WHERE MY ORDER IS TODAY 22ND STILL WAITING FOR A REPLY. THEY TOLD ME ON THAT THE 2ND PART OF MY ORDER HAD BEEN SHIPPED FUNNY THAT.....NO TRACKING DETAILS FROM THEM. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THESE IDITOTS AGAIN. I AM APPAULED AT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY EVEN HAD THE CHEEK TO ASK ME TO REMOVE MY REVIEWS FROM HERE. I HAVE HAD TO RAISE A CLAW BACK WITH MY BANK. DISGUSTING SERVICE.

If I could give this company a -1* I would, their deliveries are extremely slow and really poor quality. I have tried to contact them about a faulty Item and they have blocked me. I really would avoid this company at all costs. I have photos of the garment but can't post them. Do not use Davin London or any associated company.

I purchased a denim jacket (not in the sale) which was not like the jacket in the images. It was too large and very poor quality. I tried to return it and get a refund however the response was because it was free shipping they couldn’t send a returns label, however I could keep it for a 30% refund or return it with a 70% refund ( to allow for the cost of restocking????). I tried to return it and asked for a returns address however then got a message saying that as it was a sale item (it wasn’t) there was no refund as per their refund policy.
There is nothing in their refund policy saying free shipping items don’t get a refund however it does say sale items are not refundable (it was not a sale item!).
The Trustpilot rating on their website is totally false - there is no connection to Trustpilot when you click on it, and if you go onto Trustpilot website directly their rating is 1.5.
This company is a total scam - avoid

Purchased sunglasses, not what advertised. Very plastic, no engraved gold metal and not stable. Plus they were faulty. £1 pair of children’s glasses are more sturdy than these.
Contact customer services and cut a long storey short asked to purchase another item which I didn’t want with a discount plus I had to pay delivery. Not a happy customer.
Delivery was shocking considering the shop is in the same location.

Tottaly Scam people. It's took me a month to get my order. It's bad quality and doesn't look like on website. There not possiblle to return. Please aware to buy anything from davinlondon

AVOID I wish I could post the screenshot I've taken stating they have over 1000 excellent Trustpilot reviews. They even use the Trustpilot logo but it's very ,very faint. Surely Trustpilot can investigate this as its probably a reason why people purchase from these types of people. I've now had another update stating its not even left China even though they've given me 3 delivery dates, refused refund as it was in transit and on its way. I'm also reporting this so called company to ASA for false advertising and lying about delivery times and process. TRUSTPILOT you need to investigate this company for using TRUSTPILOT logo with false reviews. They only respond to you if you leave a bad review on their Facebook advert. They begged me to wait before reporting them to my bank ,which I obviously ignored. AVOID

My order was misleading with tracking showing 24-48 hrs, the order took 3 weeks to arrive which was too late for when I needed the items for my holiday. The items were squashed, 2 pairs of trainers & 2 pairs of sunglasses. The return process states you need to email them for a return label. Then when I emailed, they replied stating they don't offer return labels so I need to ship myself, but haven't provided the return address. I have done some digging and looks like they are in China despite misleading they are UK based. I have no way of returning the items without the address anyway! They are no longer replying.

I love the fabric quality of Katja Signature Denim Jacket. The shipping was less than 2 weeks

Poorest quality garments ever after constant emails back and forth to return the garments…. I couldn’t believe how much they refused to refund but eventually agreed after telling them I requested a chargeback from my credit card supplier. To cut the long story short I sent the garments back at a cost of £12.00 only for the package to be returned to myself with all tracking information redacted.

On 21st April I purchased an item, that was delivered by the courier and left on my doorstep and went missing. I contacted this company and they agreed for me to have a replacement on 7th May. We are now at the end of 19th May and the tracking still shows that the parcel is with the sender and they do not respond to emails. This was supposed to have been sent out by express delivery. Shocking service
