The quality of the picture is good. However I don’t think the overall product was worth the amount of money paid.

This is the second portrait I have purchased from PetCreatives and as usual it was an amazing experience. They were prompt with sending the portrait for approval and once it was approved, completion and shipping were quick and without issue. I love the communication from beginning to end and the portraits always turn out unbelievably well, they are fantastic.

I am missing one item from my order that i paid for already. 2 items i received. BUT my Pets portrait puzzle never was delivered. I want to know the status of the puzzle , and when it will be delivered . If it 's not delivered prior to Christmas since it is a gift, i wan to cancel it and get a full refund for it. The socks aren’t wearable. They have no shape to them, so when you put them on, they bunch around the ankle making them
