There is another company selling exact same device called Barxbuddy. They took more than the cost, plus 2 different charges.

Definitely a scam. I should have checked the reviews. As others have said the advertise one price and take more. They also set up a direct debit. I bought mine through PayPal so will be raising a dispute! I am usually suspicious of these ads on YouTube lesson learned

SCAM! If I could give 0 stars I would for their scammy website.
They offer you one device for a great price but if you click they are now charging you for two devices and if you keep going the number of devices you've ordered keeps going up. I stopped and closed my browser window. I would never trust a company that does business this way.

Scam!! Advertised on social media and went to purchase ONE device at £25, it immediately took that AND a further £69!! Not to mention the postage!! All in all one £90 has been stolen!! I immediately contacted customer service to ask them to cancel the order, literally within minutes of the purchase and they refused!! Saying it’s already gone to be dispatched which is an outright lie!!! The only blessing is that I did this through PayPal so I will be logging a complaint with them for a refund. This “device” is supposed to arrive next week but it will be going straight back!!!

I was overcharged on my debit card. I tried to rectify the error and the customer service refused and hung up on me. The worst customer service ever. I am opening a fraud case against them. Buyer beware!!!

I have bought all manner of training devices over the past four years - I’ve tried everything (apart from a shock collar as I think they are inhuman). The only thing that half way worked was spraying my highly reactive and anxious frenchie with a water pistol - which I also hate doing, but it was the only thing that would redirect him and even that was short lived and inconvenient.

He has bitten me several times without warning and I don’t always have a water bottle close enough to snap him out of it. I’ve spent thousands on training and specialists to work on his behaviour and he has just been prescribed anti depressants from the vet to help calm him down.

The reality is, he is not a bad or dangerous dog, he is a fearful dog with strong guarding instincts, he snaps before he has time to think.

I saw an ad for Pet Gentle and thought it was probably another gimmick, scam or false advertising but took a chance and bought one. Although it has very little effect on my English bulldog - probably because he is not reactive at all - he just looks a bit confused when I press the button - it has completely changed the game for my frenchie Roscoe! If it can help him, I have no doubt it can help others!

I feel bad that Roscoe lives a very sheltered life, I can’t take him out in public, I can’t trust him with others and he absolutely can’t be trusted to socialise with other dogs. We couldn’t even watch tv with an animal on the screen without him going into full attack mode.

Tonight, I put an horse video on the big screen, he went nuts, but after one buzz, he ran to the couch and gave me his full attention while the video kept playing for 10 min. I couldn’t believe it! You have no idea how huge this is for him! I now have hope that we can continue training and work our way to being outside with other dogs. I might even be able to avoid giving him the medication!

I don’t think this is a magic cure, we still have a lot of work to do, but it is the only training tool I’ve used that actually works for him.

I was a bit annoyed that I over paid for it through an advert and ended up buying two by mistake because of the weird purchasing system - you can get it on Amazon way cheaper BTW, but at least I knew I was getting the real thing and not a Temu knockoff… I don’t care that I paid more or that I have a spare because it actually works!

So far, this device is fantastic. We are in Florida, and with both our previous dog, a lab/basset mix bred for digging for burrowing animals, and our current beagle/boston terrier mix, we had a major problem with them going bananas over gopher tortoises and their burrows. They would screech and howl to get at them - bad news, because they are a protected species. However, I tried this gadget on our present dog, Eddie, when he paused at a burrow. I held it on him for about ten seconds and suddenly he looked at me, stopped tugging and turned away. We continued our walk at a leisurely pace until we encountered a German shepherd. He always strains to get at the other dogs to greet them, sometimes to the owner's dismay. I held the PetGentle on him for about ten seconds, told him "no" firmly, and he turned and went in another direction. Squirrels and raccoons will need a little work, but hey, we all have to have our fun.

I ordered two devices and waited almost 3 weeks for my them to be delivered. Neither device is working. I spoke to “customer service” which is a misnomer. The only solution is for me to return the defective units to receive a refund minus shipping and handling of course. I didn’t just charge my mind - the PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE and the COMPANY IS DISHONEST. Do NOT do business with Pet Gentle.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered their product. It did not work. I returned it, which cost me $8.40, and they said I just returned an empty box. They gave me no refund. Would an empty box cost $8.40 to mail? What horrible customer service! What a worthless product.

It was so disappointing. It wouldn't work at all around any of our 4 dogs. I changed the battery. Nothing. I bought new batteries. Nothing, What do I do. I'd like to send it back as it does not work. Can someone please contact me by email to figure out what I should do.

What a joke of a company, staff are rude, the device never worked sent it back over 3 months ago and still no sign of my refund

This is junk. I hope all of you read the reviews first before purchasing however, all of you that aren’t getting your money back for your refund dispute it with your credit card company or your bank. If you use the debit card your credit cards you typically have 90 days most banks have 60-90 and some of them 120 days. to dispute the charges show them the emails where you want to return it where they keep telling you that you’ll have to pay a lot of money to return it back. They’ll only give you part of your money back just dispute it with your credit card company and you’ll get your money back. Report them to the consumer protection boards in each state and with the federal government they shut down scam companies like this and protect the general public from this fraud.

I ordered this device thinking it might work for my dog. It turned out to be much larger and heavier than I had anticipated.
The ad offered a full refund if returned.
I didn't receive any acknowledgement of my return even though I knew it had been received.
When i called to inquire about the refund, they didn't have any of my info.
It's a complete fraud.
Do not deal with this organization!

I purchased two of them and neither work. The light does not come on, my dog does not react. It is a waste of money and time. Unfortunately, it has been over 30 days since I responded to the ad and wasted my money.

We were very pleased with Petgentle. The product was not suitable for our dog, and they promptly refunded the full amount within days of my request.

We strongly suggest you try the product, as it may be suitable for your pup, as all dogs are different.

Beware of this product and its return policy. I order two of these items and got a refund of one. Did not get a full as stated in there policy. What scammers they are. Also product does NOT work.

Company would not refund my full amount of £41, after cancelling straight away. They only refunded £22 and told me to keep Pet Gentle or pay a lot more for post to return. So unfair. DONOT let them rip you off.

Gadget does not work. Have tried on various dogs and did not make a difference to their barking. Cost me $87.00 including Shipping Insurance. I feel ripped off as l have since seen similar items for less than half this amount.

You're the same f"king people who are flogging the hi-pressure water sprayer which is another scam.
I will certainly tell all of our dog friends not to buy any crap from your company
