SCAM! I would give 0 stars if I could!
Products never arrived and customer service doesn’t exist as no one replies to complaints
Save your time and money and do not buy here, for sure there are 100 places better than this out there

I wouldn’t even give it a one star as I haven’t even received the pads. So annoyed as I’ve obviously been scammed. At first they replied to my emails and then nothing. Do not buy

I have no problem with the product itself; it seems as advertised and goes on/ off fairly well. My issue is that the company presents itself as UK-based - I was offered free UK shipping in 3-5 days - but the product actually came from China and took 18 days to arrive. This was disappointing given I try to avoid the environmental impact of international shipping.

I was dreading getting these (after reading these reviews after ordering). They did take a while to turn up (it is close to Xmas) but I have to admit that I really like them. They fit well (not sure if they'd make it through a swim under a bikini top) but they definitely cover everything that needs covering, they're not sticky like other ones and they're comfortable (and invisible). I'm surprisingly really pleased with them - they'll be perfect under my holiday tops.

I really should have known better when there wasn’t an Instagram account! That says it all in this day and age. I’ve given one star because no stars isn’t an option.

Did not arrive, completely ignored emails. These people should not be allowed yo trade.

Despite a longer than expected delivery, my queries with customer services via the Hotmail address provided were answered with explanation (courrier problem Yodel) and new expected delivery date.
My product arrived when they said it would the second time. The product itself is good although I have only tried it on and not yet worn all day.
The pads are tapered on the edges not showing any outline through a tight top. They do not lift your breast, they are not designed to do this and are not marketed to do so.
They came in a pink pouch and are contained in a moulded, clear plastic case to retain their shape. I am happy with them but the true test will be wearing them

Same as all previous reviews. Annoyed I am only checking now . If you're smart and reading this pre purchase; don't. Save your time and money from this scam.

Absolutely categorically APPALLING. They ignore your messages. Plain and simple. The product is very low grade, takes weeks to be delivered. Most likely shipped from China. I am trying to get a return/refund received absolutely no response . Nothing…

This product is a scam. Item took weeks to arrive, I had to email a hotmail email address to enquire where the delivery was. Item was shipped from china to a secondary uk address before being posted from there. False advertising and positive reviews on their website should be questioned for authenticity. Hopefully you have looked on here prior to purchasing, like I will be moving forward.

They just don’t stick on v poor quality compared to competitors

Just been warned these are not uk based so if you need to return them you have to pay for them to be shipped back to America. So therefore you are stuck with them.

They were way too small for me and when worn poked out of the top so you could visible see two round disks which now looked like even bigger nipples.

I did email and I said I cannot return to America. They offered a discounted return eg they refunded part of me money which I took and kept the pads.

Hence the two stars. Otherwise in reality I have spent £16 and have two useless pads things I cannot use.

Ordered petal pads and despite a delivered tracking event I have not received the item. Customer service insists delivered, but they haven’t been. Very poor!

I was very worried when I checked the reviews after purchasing petal pads from an ad on Instagram. However, my experience was very different from what other customers described and I was pleasantly surprised. The nipple covers aren’t sticky, and were exactly as described in the ad. I wore them with a fitted dress and had no issues. I don’t think I’d brave them with a flowing top, as I’m not 100% convinced they’d stay on, but with the tension from my fitted dress, they were perfect and didn’t move at all throughout the day. Since they’re not sticky, they are reusable, and easily cleaned. All in all, they’re pretty much exactly what I expected when originally purchasing. They did take over two weeks to arrive, though, and I’m not sure if I would trust them with a loose-fitting top.

Like all the other reviews state. This company is a total scam. The product advertised is not what I received. How is this company still being allowed to run? Outrageous.

Do not buy from this site. It's masquerading as a UK brand - it's shipped from China.

The product is nothing like the images on the site, they're tiny, cheap, sticky covers that take 2 weeks to arrive.

The "refunds" process involves emailing a hotmail email address and getting no replies.

Update: seems like this site is also using pics from Cakes Body

HUGELY DISAPPOINTED! These are awful and nothing like what I have previously ordered from the original Cakes Body site. I wanted to try Petal Pads as I believed them to be UK based business offering the same standard of item. These took 2wks to arrive and are cheap and nasty nipple covers, not what's advertised on their website. I've requested a refund as they're not worth £2 let alone offer price of £22.99.

This is false advertising to the highest degree cheap sticky nipple covers that you can buy for £3 on SHEIN and to be honest they are probably better quality. Asking for refund! Took over 2 week to arrive and don’t look anything like the videos. Has SCAM written all over it so disappointed I fell for it.

Terrible, not as advertised! They do still have the crappy sticky glue. Just a waste of money. You can buy the same thing everywhere for much less. Came in a cheap bag with no other packaging.
