I ordered the navy blue Illinois men’s basketball jersey. It looked so good on tv and in the pictures they advertised so I ordered it. Kylan Boswell is my favorite Illinois player so I ordered his jersey and when I ordered it they said 7 days. It took about 2 weeks for it to come in. But that’s not even the worse part, the quality of the jersey is not even remotely close to what they show. I knew that the nil store and the official Nike version have different collars but i was fine with that. But the jersey I got is the same quality of the gym class Pennie’s you wear. I wish I could use pictures cause it really is crazy what they gave me. I spent 100 bucks for something you get for 30 outside of the stadium. Shirts from the nil store are prolly the only good thing from there, but never buy a jersey from them.

Takes too long to get orders!!! And then get wrong one. Customer service was responsive and resolved , but be prepared to WAIT on any order placed!!

DONT EVER BUY NOTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT 2 WEEKS FOR ONE T-SHIRT!!!!…absolute joke…never ever getting another thing from this company

Ordered a t-shirt on April 3. As of April 16 it hasn't even been shipped yet!! If you call, a message says if it's about an order, email them at an undeliverable address according to Yahoo mail. If you wait long enough another message will say no one is available. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERICE!!

Do not order from this site. Item was delivered as order however it did not fit. According to return policy you have 30 days from shipping and you have to email them. I left messages and emailed them 2 weeks after my order shipped. They didn’t reply for another 2 weeks. You will then receive a link to a site where you enter your order number and email in hopes they send you a return. It’s been over 15 days and still waiting. This company is a joke. Don’t waste your money.

Horrible experience. Ordered items with our daughters name and number to wear to here next match which in bowling they have like 12-24 teams play at once. Ordered Dec. 21 and already got an email saying they are behind schedule. Now we have nothing for this coming weekend. Thanks a bunch for nothing and the quality better knock my socks off

Horrible. I asked my girlfriend for a UConn jersey for Christmas. Since she didn't know any better she picked this garbage NIL store that sells trash knock-offs of actual jerseys. She ordered it on Decemeber 11th, and today is Decemeber 31st , and it hasn't even shipped yet. Don't make the same mistake she did an order from this scam site.

Placed an order on Dec 8, with plenty of time to get it for Christmas, supposedly. After writing e-mails asking about the status, I finally received a lame letter apologizing, but saying it won't be here for Christmas. Don't sell what you can't supply.

I placed an order on November 29, 2025 and I still have not received it. I was assured it would arrive before Christmas and only get automated responses to my inquiry. I would not recommend shopping at this online shop.

Waste of money. The players get a fraction of what is given while the solicitation comes as representing the specific athlete.

There are much more effective ways to support our athletes without donating to NIL.
