I was nervous when I purchased three pieces from Perte d'Ego because I don't typically order clothes from abroad without seeing the brand in person. They arrived yesterday and I was blown away! They are probably my favorite pieces I've purchased in a long time. I will 100000000000% be ordering more in the future. Also, their customer service is top-notch.

Absolutely beautiful clothing. Unbelievable quality. Customer service kept me updated on my order and not one problem occurred from order to delivery. I will buy from them over and over!!!!

I ordered an embroidery jacket as statement piece for my birthday outfit. The jacket was a master piece and its size was accurate. I have found a brand where I can get good quality and stylish clothes. I can’t wait for my future pieces from Pertedego !

Scam. Paid $255 for a coat, received zero communication from the company until I submitted claim with my bank. Coat received is out of this world cheezey and cheaply made - nothing like the advertised photo. Coat was sent with numerous flaws. Pursuing store credit as they do not offer returns!

This store is a SCAM! I placed an order on December 23, 2023 and still have not received any updates about my order. They claimed on January 26 that they will ship out the order in 1-2 business days, and still have no updates on shipment. Spent over $300 and am hoping to get a refund.

I've had a terrible experience with their customer service team. I was reassured my purchases will be shipped on the 22nd December, after multiple inquiries I received a DHL tracking number on the 23rd December. However today on 2nd Jan, upon contacting DHL to check where the purchase is, DHL confirms the shipment was only booked by no product was ever received on their end.

I have no been able to get a response from this brand. This was meant to be a gift that I needed to present on the 5th of January and I only bought this on the promise that this will be delivered on time.

I find the brand completely unethical to blatantly mislead and lie to their customers this way.

I’ve placed 2 orders from this brand in the past year. And have had an amazing experience both times.

The pieces are GORGEOUS. Beautifully constructed, and of course the designs I are stunning, that goes without saying.

I’m quickly becoming a total fan of this brand. And I can’t wait to get my next piece.

Great patterns, sharp cuts, outstanding customer service

Customer service went above and beyond. The quality of the material is incredible. I recently bought a jacket and I absolutely love it!

Such a big fan of Perte D’Ego. The clothing is so smooth and high quality and it always feels like I’m wearing something no one else has. Unique and fresh patterning or graphics.

Beautiful hand embroidered clothes and great customer service

I ordered 5 shirts, Le Riviera (incredible purchase), Bouquet hand embroidered (highly original and exquisite workmanship), "Summer fields" appliquè (again fabulous workmanship), "Le voyage" (looked more vibrant in the photos but okay) and finally "Les Botanist" (duller than the photos and least favourite). The purchase was on the 13 of September and I received the delivery on the 21st of September. Pls remember you have to pay duty on the purchases to DHL when importing into the U.K. All in all happy with my purchase and the only negative is the slight delay in the email responses.
