However, sizing seems wildly inconsistent. I ordered 3 items (plain shirt, hand embroidered shirt, jacket) in the same size and I was very confused. The jacket barely fits, which is fine. I was hoping for a sort of slim fit anyway. The shirts are extremely baggy though... I had ordered xs because I had a shirt in xs already and it fitted me so nicely... But these not at all. I'd really expect some more consistency/predictability from such an expensive, no-returns brand. The plain shirt in particular is so baggy I don't think I'd ever want to wear it.

Absolutely loved the jacket I got from Perte it’s beautiful and it fits me perfectly. I’m on the smaller side so I was worried I’d had to get the jacket altered in some way to be able to wear it at my friends wedding. I didn’t need to! It fit me perfectly !! I’m so happy with my jacket I will definitely be buying more from the collection.

Ordered a pair of their trousers and a jacket months ago. I know they say it takes 20-25 business days but it’s been way longer than that. Not much communication about it either. Only when I reach out do I get something saying they’re sending soon, but then another few weeks go by…. This is my first and last experience with them.

I have purchased numerous shirts and shorts from Perte d'ego. I love the look and the fit of the clothes. I receive plenty of compliments when wearing them out.
Yes, the shipping sometimes takes longer than anticipated but they are a small business based on the other side of the world from me, plus they custom-make most of the orders (if you read the product description they disclose as much); so it is expected and not an issue for me.

If I could give them 0 stars I could. I bought some clothes from them over a month ago—the order is ready to ship according to DHL, but the company has just been holding it and not shipping it for almost 2 weeks now. I email customer service and they just keep saying “your order will be shipped tomorrow,” but it never is. This company is a scam, DO NOT buy clothes from them

Clothing is relatively nice quality for the price of things nowadays. Shipping time has always been good in my experience with items arriving within two weeks at most.

UPDATE:

I have now received my Midnight Paisley order. My honest review is, superb Quality. Fit perfectly! So despite my frustration with the lengthy order process. I do want to clarify they are not Scammers!! They are just a small business who have been inundated with orders from all over the world. They have been polite and courteous throughout the process. So i would like to praise them for this. I do hope they improve on the ordering process because they product is superb!!!! I hope this helps all other buyers out there.

PREVIOUSLY:
I placed an order on 26th May, fast forward a month later I still have not received the item. I received a DHL shipping notification on 24june, but seller mentioned that due to unforeseen circumstance since caused the delay. A week later still no news, no DHL update, no response, I have now escalated thru Paypal to get some protection. It is such a shame! I really love the item, looks nice on the website, I would really like to support the business. But the process was rather frustrating.

Absolutely terrible. Never replied, never sent the suit, when they did send tracking it was TWO months after I ordered, and way past the even I needed it for. And still won’t reply. Absolutely pathetic excuse for a brand and customer service.

Scam Company.

I bought a jacket from them for my brother for his birthday in Feb, 2024. I emailed them 3 weeks later asking for an update, and they said production takes 25 business days, and then it had to ship. So I was expecting the jacket in May. I emailed them again and they said I disputed the charge with my card, and was refunded. So the order was canceled.

Except I never disputed the charge. There is no record of that at my bank (Bank of America) and I have not received a refund. So they stole $285 from me. Total scam, and their customer services team lies.

I ordered over US$ 400 worth of clothes and they never sent anything. I’ve been waiting over 2 months. Every time you contact them they say it’s coming in a few days. They are liars and thieves. This company is now a scam. Worst part is they send you and email saying it has been shipped and when you check the tracker A MONTH later it still hasn’t. Liars and thieves.

I recently ordered a shirt from here for my Taylor Swift concert and it’s perfect! I love it!! Each shirt is truly handmade so make sure to reach the description for estimated processing and shipping time. I got had a few questions before the shirt shipped and reached out to support. They responded promptly and were so kind. I highly recommend supporting this business!

I ordered a jacket with this seller. I am satisfied with their customer service as their communication is efficient enough to follow up with my order status. I received the jacket on time. But I can only give 4 star based on this purchase because the fabric quality is not worth the price I paid for. It should be worth 150USD at max instead of the purchase price at USD 297USD. But the handwork and design totally deserves the compensation of those craftsmanship based in India. I have respect for their hard work and business models that they don’t waste resources so they only make the jacket when they receive an order. Again, the actual item received doesn’t réflect what they posted on website site to due less quality materials and fabric they used. Hope that they can use better fabric to make stylish clothes in the future.

Great quality and fine service. I ordered the Les Botaniste short sleeve button shirt and love the design, fit and material quality! Ive worn it many times and still feels just like silk.

Great quality and the customer service was exceptional. Needed a shipment expedited to ensure receipt; emailed with a rep and they had it here in no time. Looking forward to future drops. :-)

I made an order, they took the money instantly, waited 3 weeks per the order, and now two weeks later they won’t answer my emails requesting a cancellation. They even went through the trouble of creating a shipping label a week ago when I first requested a cancellation but haven’t shipped anything. They have stopped answering my emails.

Beautiful clothes, love the embroidery detail! Shipping took a bit but that’s not an issue as long as I know to order far enough in advance before I want to wear / gift the items
