Completing my Certificate III & IV in Fitness with NHFA throughout 2024 and 2025 has been a life-changing journey. What started as a personal goal has grown into a deep passion to help others transform their lives through health and fitness. The course challenged me, inspired me, and gave me the tools and confidence to step into the fitness industry with purpose.
I’m incredibly grateful for the support from the NHFA team, who brought not only their knowledge but their genuine passion for helping students succeed. The experience has shaped me not just as a trainer, but as a person, teaching me the importance of discipline, empathy, and lifelong learning.
This is just the beginning. I’m proud of how far I’ve come, and I’m excited to give back by helping others reach their goals and discover their own strength.

Great experience & learning course for those looking to add to their work experience, knowledge & step out of their comfort zones.
The coaches are wonderful & helpful every step of the way. They push you to your limit & definitely test your knowledge as well (in a good way).

An incredible experiences with amazing coaches. For someone who is a more visual learner and loves doing hands on work this is absolutely amazing! The videos are so easy to understand and are very short and simple. The coaches as well are amazing they're very very helpful and are always willing to help up strive to the best of your ability!

Having met Dave personally a few times throughout the course, he and his staff have been extremely helpfulandsupportive in completing the course.
The way the course is laid out is direct to what you need to learn and the amount of information you can get is quite extensive. This is definitely a course worth getting into, especially if you're planning on starting your own PT endeavours or just for personal knowledge to help yourself.
I have personally learnt a lot regarding myself, what to look for in people to help them do better and how to word it so it doesn't come across the wrong way and cause insult.

NHFA is amazing! So glad I decided to go with them. All the trainers were down to earth, all had a different approach and educating style, yet all explained it in a simple way without overcomplicating the course! Support every step of the way from admin and trainers. Heaps of hands on practical work. The thing I like most is that all the information given from the course you can keep/access forever! Being a personal trainer now this has helped save time on multiple different occasions.

I'd recommend this over purely online courses, as the hands on, practical experience is invaluable to working in the field. NHFA's business course is the best in the industry, and really equips you with the foundations to get started. Personable, lovely staff too, which made learning such a pleasure!

I made a call around 11:55-12:00 noon today (25/10/2024). I only wanted information for price and course duration.
The person ( this is nothing personal so I do not want to mention the names ) did not want to give me any information I wanted, but wanted to explain a whole course program for 10mins minimum. I agree he/she wants to make a sale. But as an institution please give the caller what they want instead of a txt book practice you want to take the customer through.
I am not happy with the first impression I was taken through. I am hoping services will improve in future.

Learning online and face to face was a massive PLUS

The team at NHFA are second to none.
From the first point of contact when I was inquiring about the course, to course trainers, everyone was super knowledgeable and professional.

Having the face to face teaching for all the practical work is a Godsend.
I’ve attempted to to do a PT course fully online before and it was a nightmare. All the filming, and if there’s a problem, re-filming and editing is really painful. Add in the fact that with face to face practice you get to ask questions, work in a team, and practice your PT skills on each other and you have a real recipe for success.

I couldn’t recommend Dave and the Team at NHFA more highly. if you’re looking at a PT course do yourself a favor and check out NHFA. You won’t regret it.

The course itself is very hands on and you're in the gym learning and training from the very first session. The amount of personal growth I've seen both in myself and my class mates in the few weeks we've been here is incredible.

I enrolled into NHFA after a few of friends recommended it to me, I was looking into other academy’s out there but I found NHFA offers a more premium experience that others couldn’t, and I’m so glad I decided to invest here.

NHFA is a must, first of all the course is very hands on which makes this college a lot better than any other online personal training course. The coaches are so knowledgeable and have so much insight and experience for the industry. It is like a little community and I genuinely enjoy coming in to work with everyone all while having a lot of fun along the way. NHFA is definitely going to help shape me into a great personal trainer I couldn’t recommend it more.

Something that I love about the course is how flexible it is. I’ve been able to complete this while working full time! Not to mention the coaches are so fun to work with and I have enjoyed every class

The certificate is very very good, I recommend it 100% for anyone who is looking to enter the sports industry. Very high quality of the classes and for me, the best and what I felt stands out from the rest of the certificates are the trainers that teach along the course. Each one gave us their knowledge from their experience and love for this industry! I received the perfect tools based on their area of ​​expertise and that is of great value!

Thinking of some feedback for the certificate, it could be to add a little more content in the last few weeks since I felt that the course started full of material and with a lot of content and on the last few weeks it started to decrease and suddenly severals felt “they were losing their time”, weather when, for example, you could return to more science and the muscular system and go deeper into those areas.

Even so, I am leaving full of tools so that, both personally and with other people, I can help them have a better lifestyle.
