Company will lie and tell you everything you want to hear about how it’s in person and how they will support you and do everything to help them then when you pay it’s 98% online with no support from the teachers and they don’t accommodate injuries. If you have to withdraw good luck cause it’ll cost more than the course itself. Absolute scam

I recently completed my Certificate III & IV through the National Health & Fitness Academy, and honestly this experience exceeded all my expectations. From day one, the support from the trainers and the team was next-level. They actually care about your progress and success, and it shows.

The course was super practical, clear, and easy to follow even for someone like me who hadn’t done online study before. Every module helped build my confidence and skills not just for the exam, but for working with real clients.

Massive shoutout to the coaches who kept things engaging, broke things down in ways that made sense, and actually made learning fun. I never felt like I was just a number they were always there when I needed help, and their feedback was on point.

As someone hates pen to paper learning I loved this course. 13 face to face sessions gave me the confidence to start my job and convert 4 consults to clients in the second week. I’m now in week 6 at a Goodlife with 6 active clients and lots of prospects. It was nice not having to create awkward videos, especially training elderly and children and submit my work that way. The in person sessions meant I got advice and critiques in real time. The online portal was easy to use and I could track how far I was through the course as I went. It was really motivating which I needed. I like that it was straight to the point with minimal useless information, and I could leave notes for my assessor who helped me when I got stuck. Also my assessor Travis was so quick to mark my assessments. Loved that so much

5 stars for Robbie (Practical teacher). His professionalism and guidance during the practical sessions were next to none. He went above and beyond to prepare us for the real world outside of the course. He simply could have just taught us what was in the curriculum but he really made an effort to make sure all of our answers and worries were settled.

I really enjoy doing the classes, it really helps putting everything you've learned into action for that week.

The coaches at NHFA were outstanding - very knowledgeable, approachable, and seemed genuinely passionate about what they do. I feel confident and well prepared thanks to their guidance. Highly Recommend!
