Would always recommend this product to all of my gals! A real customer need, solved with great curiosity and with an amazing product.

The battery in my probe has stopped working, so I reached out to perifit customer service. They asked me to try a few things to get the probe to work, which did not work. Within 48 hrs of me reaching out I have been sent a new probe. I cannot wait to start training again. Thank you Perifit!!

Ce petit appareil, très facile d’utilisation, me donne entièrement satisfaction. Les exercices sont ludiques et variés, et une utilisation de 15mn par jour se révèle très efficace. N’hésitez plus, mesdames, à vous en procurez un!

I got a perifit in 2021 after my first birth. It seemed to help me pinpoint how to activate my pelvic floor and keep doing exercises.
This year, after two more kids, I've upgraded to the new model which I like better.
I had a little problem with the probe and asked for help through their chat service. The AI robot was not helpful, however, when I finally got to speak to a real human, Angela was able to help me out.

Ich hatte ein Problem mit einem nicht gelieferten Teil. Perifit war sehr unkompliziert zu erreichen und hat eine schnelle Lösung gefunden. Absolut sympathisch und kundenorientiert. Bleibt auch nach dem Kauf an der Seite der Kundinnen!

Das Gerät an sich ist gut. Das Training lässt sich prima absolvieren. Mal sehen, was meine Gynäkologin in 6 Monaten sagt....

The whole user experience is amazing and the device really works. My partner definitely noticed a difference :). After 3 years, my device wouldn't pair - Perifit sent me out a new one two days later. Great product, great service, great results.

Utiliser Perifit m' aide vraiment .j' ai beaucoup moins de fuite.j' ai une vessie neurologique.Mon urologue est absolulrnt ok avec l' utilisation de perifit.Cela s' adresse a toutes les femmes.

I'm leaving a review because I ordered this product and it never arrived. Had I not escalated with the company it would never have arrived and they would have done nothing.

This company is in another country - France. The products are here. That means they have a fulfillment company that's here in the USA. I suspect the order is placed through the main company or a US affiliate, but it is fulfilled through another. None of them talk to each other.
I placed an order that was to arrive within 3-5 days. After 10 days I went searching for it. No email from the company, no confirmation of the order. If I hadn't saved a screen shot I would have no information at all. But I save screen shots so I had the order number. I emailed the company on their website. No response. I sent a second email then registered on their website and used their chat bot to report the problem. That eventually elicited a response. They sent me a telephone number to contact the fulfillment company. Because of a mix up in the order my shipping address had been crossed with my billing address. (I use two different addresses for security purposes) I was eventually able to get my money back after 20 days. This is not a good system. I only report it here so other people know how to get their money back if they don't receive their order. There are other reviewers who report missing orders and no response, no recourse, no options.

I am undecided if I'll reorder with Amazon or just go with another company. I've had another pelvic floor exerciser for years. It worked extremely well until it stopped connecting with the app. Perifit doesn't have a single review from a long term user. This is a concern. No matter what I will not order directly from Perifit again. Their order company does not confirm the order via email and does not report the inability to ship. Most companies will not take an order that can't be shipped. This tells me that Perifit chose the cheapest companies they could find without checking to see how effective they are.

Je conseille cette sonde à 100 %, elle permet de faire sa rééducation de façon assidue à domicile, tranquillement. L'application est juste géniale ça rend la rééducation ludique et efficace, merci beaucoup à Perifit !!

Helpful product and timely customer service.

J’ai découvert Perifit sur les conseils d’une amie et je recommande vivement ! Le tire lait dispose de la même puissance que celui que j’ai loué en pharmacie à la sortie de la maternité mais le gros point fort c’est que je suis libre de mes mouvements ! Je peux tirer mon lait n’importe où (même au travail car il est très discret) et tout en réalisant mes tâches du quotidien . J’en suis à plus de 6mois d’allaitement et je suis pleinement satisfaite. Par ailleurs, quand j’en ai eu besoin le service après vente a été ultra réactif et m’a apporté une solution immédiate.

Me encanta el Perifit, me parece una forma divertida y fácil para ejercitar el suelo pélvico. Yo lo utilizo 10 minutos cada día y se nota muchísimo. Para mi ha sido un descubrimiento fantástico. Lo recomiendo 100%, la aplicación te hace un seguimiento del avance que vas teniendo y vas viendo tu progreso.

J'ai découvert, grâce à ma fille, qui a également acheté la sonde, que la rééducation à domicile était plus que parfaite !!!
J'ai beaucoup sollicité le SAV et des conseillers ont été très réactifs et m'ont donné de bons conseils ... ils sont encourageants et présents ...
Je suis plus que satisfaite ...

Estoy encantada con mi compra de perifit Care. Me encanta entrenar con él y me ha ayudado muchísimo con mis problemas del suelo pélvico. Tenia una incontinencia de nivel bajo y se me ha solucionado.
Además el servicio de ayuda es fantástico, en un momento dado mi sonda ha fallado y me han dicho que me la reemplazan sin problema.

The perifit is a great idea,it just didn't work for me,The customer service and support is fabulous.

The product (hands-free breast pump) is exactly as described, easy to use and comfortable on the breast. Most of all, the customer service is excellent!
They understand that a woman's body may change after giving birth and help you navigate through that by accommodating your new needs (in my case they thoroughly re-evaluated my size and sent me new flanges at no cost!)

C'est tellement plaisant d'exerciser notre plancher pelvien en s'amusant! En plus, on voit nos progrès et ça donne des résultats! Leur service a la clientèle est fantastique, ils sont vraiment a notre écoute.

Perifit pump fonctionne à merveille, juste eu un petit souci avec la bouteille mais cela a été réglé très rapidement par le sav, je recommande ++!
