I did lots of research into pergolas, awnings and parasols. I eventually came across the Lykke pergola on the PergoLIFE website. Ordering was easy, installation was professional and now installed it's added another living area to my home. Wish I'd ordered one sooner!!

I reluctantly knocked off a star, as communication/response time was poor - I found the best way was to leave a message in Chat, and when it was urgent (like time of delivery enquiry) they did respond appropriately. However 5 stars to the product and 6 stars to the delivery/installation team from Celtic Life. The pergola is amazing, great quality and looks wonderful - we have 4m x 5m with lights and heater, and 3 sides. And the two guys who installed the kit were very friendly, helpful and an answered all our questions. Very happy with our purchase and looking forward to some shade in our garden.

What can I say, the pergola has arrived is as we ordered and was installed by Pergolife (well Celtic Leisure on their behalf). The installers were very polite and got the Pergola setup professionally and quickly.

The communication is still pretty woeful, sometimes the reply is within an hour other times it is ignored for days or not answered at all.

I think it is a relatively new company, and we are glad we went for the install service, as I think getting issues resolved after the fact might be difficult with Pergolife's communication.

For the cost, it was definitely worth the money. Were we a little nervous spending over £3000 and getting the level of communication we did, definitely. I would recommend them to others though and just let people know what to expect in advance and then you are less concerned.

Phoned to place an order on Monday and told by receptionist they would call me back. Phoned again Tuesday and receptionist remembered that I had called but all too busy with other Customers but would ring me back. So waited until Friday still no call back. The reason I wanted to do order by phone was to ensure availability as doubts have been raised by others. Waited until Friday and still no call back so you lost a £3500 order to Pergolux.

My Pergola was delivered and installed on the day given .During installation I was told that the LED lights were out of stock and would be delivered and installed in 2 weeks . After waiting for almost 4 weeks I contacted Pergolife they gave me an installation date which was afternoon / evening. After waiting in all afternoon by 8.00pm I had not heard anything. So I message the company only to be told that the delivery and installation men were delayed and would be arriving. Pergolife informed me that they would deliver the lights tomorrow and sent me a link to install them myself. Having paid £199 for installation this. Is unacceptable. I have cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Dreadful customer care and service. Very disappointed.

The installation team were excellent and put up our Pergola in no time. They answered all our questions showing us how to use and care for the structure. The sales contact and helped us make the decision on size and type of Pergola. The only issue we had was with the AI receptionist!! Apparently they have a human now! A good company to deal with.

Pergolife have been amazing and restored my faith after a previous bad experience with another pergola company.
The communication was excellent and they managed to install my pergola in a rush prior to a big family celebration.
Communication was excellent all the way through and the team that erected the Pergola, did so quickly and efficiently. I absolutely love my pergola, it looks amazing in my garden and I look forward to spending many hours enjoying it!

Had a 2.5m pergola fitted last Wednesday. Service was amazing it was delivered and fitted in 5 days.
Really pleased with it, seems great quality and looks stylish.
Had a screen one side fitted too.
The installation guys were fantastic took awaythe stress and time of self fitting.

The quality of the pergola is very good and simple to build. The delivery was a little slow but we were updated all the way. Overall we are very satisfied and will be buying more in the future for use with our business.

We placed an order for an aluminium pergola on 2nd May and, apart from the initial order acknowledgement we've heard nothing since! We've tried to contact them numerous times and get an automated bot telling us it'll get someone to call us back and we've heard nothing! We've also tried to email them countless times to no avail.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I would like to point out that, eventually, after several emails back and forth, we did get a full refund.

Excellent customer service, very responsive to e-mails.
I purchased a 4x3m Pergola with 3m & 4m Side screens & LED lights.
Great product that was delivered promptly and is excellent quality.
Would highly recommend
