Please email info@perfumesandrea.com with your order number and a photo of what arrived vs. what you ordered — we'll ship the correct item at no cost AND you can keep the wrong one. They sold me 2 counterfeit fake parfume…
They sold me 2 counterfeit fake parfume from De marly do NOT buy them. They look absolutely real and you open and spray and it's a terrible odor. I verified they are not authorized to sell them. I made a mistake and it was too good to be true. They retail for over 400.00 so please be careful. They won't refund me as I opened them. They are denying claims and well they are shipping back to me now and I plan to now get all testing done to have results back on their false claims. Please please be careful. They won't even disoss who they buy it from but admitted they dont from the manufacture so it's not possible they could even make a profit on this.

We source Parfums de Marly through authorized channels — I want to verify the lot codes of the bottles you received. Please email info@perfumesandrea.com with photos of (1) the batch code on the bottom of each bottle, (2) the box code if you still have it. We will re-open the refund conversation and cooperate fully with any independent testing you do. If the bottles are found to be non-authentic, you will get a full refund plus the cost of testing. This is not something we take lightly.

Joseph Tocci, I'm sorry — sending the wrong item and then refusing to fix it is not how we operate, and I want to understand what happened on this order specifically. Please email info@perfumesandrea.com with your Amazon order ID and I will personally resolve it: correct item shipped at no cost, or full refund, your choice. Amazon can be a frustrating channel when messages get lost, but that's not an excuse on our end.

Misleading refund and cancellation
My order was canceled and said to be refunded but i didn’t receive ANY refund, nor did i get a reason for the company’s cancellation of my order that I was supposed to receive today.

Alissa, if we canceled your order we owe you a refund, period. Please email info@perfumesandrea.com with your order number — the refund will be reprocessed today and you'll receive a confirmation. If it doesn't appear in your account within 5 business days after that, dispute the charge with your card issuer and we'll accept it. Sorry for the confusion; there is no reason it should have taken a Trustpilot review to get this resolved.
Beware
After reading the reviews on here it was. 50/50 chance I’d be ripped off. Most of the reviews that were bad were ones where there was an issue with the order so I’m thinking as long as there’s no issue I should be good. So I’m like let’s that a chance. It was shipped next day so I’m thinking awesome everything is good but nope I got a different bottle. Same brand different fragrance. I emailed no response. So definitely customer service lacks. Now on to the next part the bottle they did send was a complete fake it was a good fake but I already had the same bottle and was able to compare. No response still from them so I called my bank and disputed the charge. So a warning to all they have very good fakes and you won’t be able to tell unless u have the real one

No Refunds
I ordered a cologne from this company. It turned out to be the wrong brand. I asked to return the product and was refused. I would not recommend this online store to anyone!

Not a legit perfume company
I placed my order and almost immediately they provided me with a tracking number because a shipping label was made. As a seller I know for you to make a shipping label you have to have a product. Well, it's been 10 days and it has not been shipped out which is not really my problem. The problem is... is that I've tried to contact them three times and nobody will email back!!! I said to myself I wouldn't leave a negative review until my third email, so here we are. Byer beware I don't know if this is a legit perfume company.
