I’m very disappointed with your express…
I’m very disappointed with your express shipping service and feel I was misled.
I placed and paid for express delivery on May 29 (~$13), expecting significantly faster shipping. However, my package is not arriving until June 4 — that’s 6 days. For comparison, my previous order placed on May 5 with standard delivery also took exactly 6 days, arriving May 11.
There is no difference between your express and standard shipping times. I paid $13 for nothing.
I understand you may point out that my order was placed on a Friday evening — but that’s exactly my point. If you charge customers a premium for express delivery, you have a responsibility to ensure it actually delivers faster, regardless of when the order is placed. If Canada Post cannot meet that standard on weekends, you should partner with a carrier that can.
I would like a refund of the express shipping fee. Please look into this — it’s not fair to charge customers for a service that provides no added value.
