Well, my address clearly states 4A Pitcher Place Clarenville but the package label was printed 4 Pitcher Place which changed the destination & arrival of my contacts.

The package was carelessly opened & packaging removed. The package then was returned to the post office though & left on their front step!

I picked it up yesterday & it was on my list of things to do today & contact you. I’m terribly disappointed & concerned about even using the contacts.

Order ID : CP26063010754503. I’ve ordered my contact lenses from Perfect Lens Canada consistently for the past five years, and until now, I had always had good experiences. Unfortunately, my most recent order has completely changed my opinion of the company.

I ordered two boxes of contact lenses. When my order arrived, I was already disappointed to discover that they had sent me the wrong brand, although the prescription/power of the lenses was correct. I then realized there was an even bigger problem: I had paid for two boxes but only received one.

I reported the issue and provided a photo of what I received. Despite contacting them multiple times, they continued asking for additional photos and details of the packaging. By the time they requested these additional pictures—about a month later—the packaging had already been discarded. I explained this repeatedly and made it very clear that I was no longer even asking them to resolve the wrong-brand issue. I was simply asking to be refunded for the second box that I paid for and never received.

Instead of refunding a longtime customer for an item they failed to send, they have continued making me prove and re-explain the same issue. I cannot take a photograph of a box that was never delivered to me, and I cannot provide new photographs of packaging that was discarded after I had already sent them a photo.

After five consecutive years of ordering from this company, I find this extremely disappointing. This is not a recurring complaint from me or an attempt to be refunded for an entire order. Their fulfillment mistake resulted in me receiving one box instead of the two I paid for, and I am only requesting reimbursement for the missing box.

I have now contacted my bank to begin the dispute process, but as advised i'm giving Perfect Lens a final opportunity to resolve this themselves. The box I paid for and never received needs to be refunded. If Perfect Lens Canada will not refund it, I will continue pursuing the charge through my bank.

It is unfortunate that after five years as a customer, a straightforward missing-item issue has been handled this way. Regardless of how this dispute is resolved, I will not be ordering from Perfect Lens Canada again.

Unfortunately the percentage of contacts that rip right out of the package or once in my eye is wild. I wonder if, given the faded packaging, they are seconds or were perhaps left out in the sun. I’d say 35% are just garbage. Worth it to save some money when things are tight though.

I have been dealing with perfectlens.ca for quite a long time(10yrs) and I purchase from them roughly 3 to 5 times a year. They have always met and exceeded my expectations. They are one of the few honest, genuine and trustworthy companies left on this planet. They allow us to see the beauty of the world. And perfectlens.ca does it with absolute perfection. And they send you cute gifts from time to time. Amazing!
