Great Experience Overall with Penn-Elecom!
Overall I've had great experiences w/ Penn-Elecom staff - they are very responsive and responsible!
The only thing I could suggest is to inform the buyer during checkout that large/freight deliveries MUST be delivered to a staffed loading dock - or the buyer will be charged storage fees. Either that or provide an option for courier delivery (for an additional extra cost) as some companies do with their checkout processes.
Overall Penn-Elecom makes superior products! A+++

Ordered twice, one came damaged
I ordered a couple of rack strips from Penn Elcom. I made two orders. The first came, no issues.
In the second order, one of the rails had a slight bend in it. I highly doubt it was done during shipping as it is 2mm thick steel. The bend wasn't that much of a problem and I was able to correct it (mostly) on my bench vice. I didn't bother to contact them so can't comment on their ability to provide customer service.
Otherwise, service was as expected.

Difficulty in bagging up eight parts?
I ordered eight of what I thought was a simple part. I received seven and one random piece. It then took about 2 or more weeks to receive the replacement in which I had made a work around and no longer needed it.

customer first mindset
The rack we ordered suddenly went out of stock just before shipping. They proactively reached out to me over the phone and understood our time sensitive need for an install and had it shipped from the US. My order was just for a simple rack but they took it as priority and had it sent over to avoid any delays for my project. Excellent customer service 5*

Disappointed
Bought 0.5 rack panels that don’t fit correctly with other rack units and panels so it caused gaps. Chatted with one of your agents and he was fully aware of this issue. Complete BS to not disclose that before purchase. Do better.
