Quality products but just OK first experience
Stumbled across Penn Elcom as a result of specific requirements for my homelab network rack. They have great range of niche products that I couldn't find elsewhere.
However my first order experience wasn't great, delivery was delayed but not their fault due to snow, but when the order did arrive, one of the items had a manufacturing defect, thus delaying my build further. They did however, deal with it perfectly, refunded the delivery cost and replaced the defective item asap. Have purchased more of their products since...
