If there was a way to cross reference replacement wheels, hinges, and latches with what the major case manufacturers like Calzone, Philly Case, Nationwide, and others use on their cases that would be super helpful.

Penn's Elcom provides excellent products. However, in my case, the courier service they use, DPD, has been deplorable, and worse than that, the DPD local operative has twice let me down and lied about him making delivery.

In one incident, before Christmas 2025, the courier claimed that we had refused a delivery, when in fact he had not come to our house. When I complained to Penn, they tracked the DPD driver and found he was never near our house that day.

The latest order was placed on Thursday, 26 February, and I was advised that it would be delivered on Saturday, 28 February. We were then advised on that day by DPD that the delivery had been delayed and would be delivered on Sunday, 1 March, instead.

We waited on Sunday during the allotted time, but nobody came. The next thing was that we received a message from the DPD operative, the same one who had falsified the previous delivery. He said we weren't in and that the parcel would arrive on Monday, March 2.

The DPD operative had the cheek to photograph the house that sits at the end of a long drive from his van on the road to show that he had been at our address, but he had not attempted to drop the parcel off.

Three people had been in because it was Sunday, but nobody came to our door, and our security camera showed that this was true. Furthermore, he could have dropped the parcel at our doorstep, as other carriers do, or passed it on to our neighbours, as others do. So there are no excuses.

Today, Monday 2 March, another DPD operative dropped the parcel off, ringing the doorbell, and our security camera recorded his delivery, proving that it was fully functional.

It is a shame that such a reputable company as Penn-Elcom, which sells such quality products, should be let down by such a terrible courier service as DPD. I do hope that the company will take note of this incident and change their courier service.

That said, I can say that service from Penn themselves has been exceptional. When I complained, Martin Payne, their business manager, successfully resolved this issue and maintained communication throughout the delivery process. We are very grateful for his professional and understanding support.

I would have liked to have given Pen 5 stars because of their outstanding service and products but because of their terrible courier service, I can only
give 4 stars. I was going to give 3 stars but changed my mind because of the excellent intervention of their business manager.

It's great that you are the only company that tailors to the regular folks who enjoy rack mounting their electronics for home theater. Especially the brushed anodized aluminum blank plates. Now I have the most polished looking equipment rack that looks like a professional install, including my ps5, blu ray, avr, amps, etc. Keep up the great work.
