Al from Australia is a brilliant person to deal with. and the products are high quality and fair priced.
I had brilliant advice and service from Al in Australia, he went above and beyond to get me a great deal and really helped pick the best 19" rack mount system for my needs.
I had follow up questions that were answered clearly and quickly and were very helpful and honest.
Al is a top bloke and had a great chat when I got the unit. I will be a returning customer and have Al to thank for his excellent service.

The service was pitiful to say you'll are a big company. The return still wasn't Right the Money Was Wrong I emailed it to a manager and it still wasn't Corrected. The Manager didn't do the return it was the department in Houston. Don't make it seem like it was the Carrier it wasn't it was The Incompetent staff @ the Houston Location. They Lost the Package the Return! The Manager I was emailing Wasn't from that Location!! The Math they Refunded me Was Wrong!!
