Peepal estate is one of the dishonest estate agent in my experience. I had a worst service with them in my 2 years of contract as a landlord. Their agent in Swindon has no work ethic and doesn’t have responsibilities towards the clients. I trusted them despite so many issues but every time they failed. Therefore exiting from this dishonest agency and warns everyone before taking their service.
Their service is crap.

Awful!
I saw a house advertised, called for a viewing to be told it had gone. It was still being advertised as available for another 3 weeks.
Called about another property and was told I would get a call back to book a viewing, never heard anything. We found a lovely property and am now glad we didn't do a viewing with them.

Peepal Estate Agents are excellent I cannot rate them more highly as there is not a 6 star available.
They are always Very Nice, Helpful, Polite and Professional.
I just my latest regular property review, the agent was as above and was on time as usual to the time slot they advised, as that is very important I believe.

The prompt response whenever there was a query of any sort,and there was always handled promptly and with a pleasant good attitude about it.

Do not trust them! We lost thousands after moving from Australia to a house that had no heating or hot water. When they sent out their relative to fix he urinated on the floor of the toilet. Glad we managed to have the lease terminated after spending more money on solicitors. Do not trust any reviews with the Gurung surname as they are false.

Peepal Estate agents are very professional always prompt if there are any problems that need dealing with. Been a tenant for 3 years and never had a problem with them.
Great Customer service.

Absolutely shocking customer service, you have to chase these people over and over again to get an answer! Even if you send a number of emails, you never receive anything back, Left in limbo, not kept up to date, doesn't want to put any effort in to assisting with finding a property. Don't waste your time going through this company.
