Didn’t arrive 4 times

We ordered slime before and there was no issue. This time we ordered in advance for a bday and unfortunately 4 of them were extremely sticky, totally unusable. Despite the fact it made over a month since the delivery, I contacted the support service, they answered promptly and are exchanging the slimes

I’ve ordered many times and never had any issues. This time the order didn’t arrive so contacted customer service who responded quickly and dealt with the problem immediately. A new order has been shipped already. Great customer services.

I’m a mom who HATES slime! Every room of my house has slime on the roof. Ugh. My daughter is obsessed with peachybbies YT videos, especially Michael! I decided to give another chance with slime. I decided to see if peachybbies was as great as their hype, I ordered the sheep one (forgot the name) for me. They got here two days earlier. And now we are waiting for our second order of 6 more slimes. I fell in love with my cloud slime! Like the guy from the UK says, “TAKE MY MONEY”

So we ordered eight slimes because there was a deal going on and it was SUPPOSED to come with three activator pens but we got none. About four months later ALL eight of the slimes were completely deactivated. And another one molded after only one month.Not impressed. I saw amazing reviews and it was terrible do not recommend buying.

I think peachybbies slime is great! It is super stents and amazing! I am a huge slime fan and I am someone who watches almost every restock and I love the company! One thing I don’t like and want to be changed is the shipping fees. The slime is expensive in general which I get because it is great quality but it takes a while to get here. It is not their fault for that at all but I think it is kinda crazy that it takes a while to get here and the shipping fee is 10.00 which is expensive. I bought 2 slimes and the original price be for shipping fees and where added on was 32.00 but then after the shipping fees were added on it was 42.00 which is super expensive. If you are a worker there reading this please consider changing this. I appreciate this company so much but please take this into consideration! Thanks for reading this!

I love this brand they make the best slime all of the slime textures are amazing I would buy again

This is my favourite slime company they make extremely out there slimes and the cost is very reasonable with the amount of slime you get they are scented and come in lodes of different textures they sometimes mix them together I have 9 different unique slimes I highly recommend this company I love it xx

My girls LOVE this slime and swear that it's the best slime on the planet. It's indeed pretty awesome.

Do, however, know that in the 'extras' which are based on the size of your order, large squishies are limited and not a guaranteed included item.

Customer service said they are working on establishing a larger stock to fulfill orders and provided me with a 15% discount code when I inquired about having gotten a mochi rather than the 'big' squishy.

Total scam! Uk buyer here,bought for daughters birthday a month in advance.

Weeks no tracking update. Then customer service said it was 'lost'. They wanted to send a replacement, i refused and requested a refund. They then said i paid with 'two different' payment methods so they cant refund . I Told them i did NOT. I sent them a screenshot of the bank receipt off my barclays account online banking. And now im ignored! Total and utter waste of time and money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. YOU WONT SEE A DELIVERY OR YOUR MONEY BACK!

My 9 year old son purchased slime without my knowledge and I reached out to cancel the order the following day. Unlike other reviews that say otherwise, they cancelled the order, refunded me almost immediately and followed up. I love this company and their support team. We will order more before the summer holidays like we normally do. Thank you!!!

I am a repeat customer. My kids are hooked on their slime. In the latest order, they accidentally switched up one of the slimes with another. I wrote to them to see what we could do to fix. And they are already sending me the slime I actually ordered and allowing me to keep the mistaken slime.

For a small business to respond so quickly on a Saturday and already taken action, I’m amazed and thankful.

About a month ago my little granddaughter ordered a bunch of peachybabies without telling her mom and dad, when they came my daughter put the boxes away unopened and notified the company right away and they said you’re out of luck lady- so we want everyone to know to beware of this company, they reel your kid in with their YouTube videos and if something happens like this they don’t care. We have contacted the Better Business Bureau and also are in contact with our local news channel here in Marengo Illinois to do a report on this.

Donald really helped and assisted with a order issue we had, their response time was very quick and issue was sorted straight away. I am really pleased with this. Also, my daughter is a huge fan of the slime, it's the best out there, so much so we are from the UK and order it in.

This company is so responsive! Always very helpful and willing to fix the very rare mistakes that happen. I order slime pretty often and have for the last couple of years. They have only made an error twice and they have sent me replacements quickly. They are great and the SLIME IS AMAZING.

We have been extremely happy with each purchase, loving the texture, scents and fun add-ins! Shipping is fast, and packaging great. So I was surprised on last order, my email tracking didn’t update for a couple days. I contacted PeachBbies and Dee responded immediately, with an update on shipping.
