They are amazing the customer service is impeccable, they respond really quick and efficient and are very helpful when it comes to mistakes! They are very kind and genuine and the whole experience made me love them more as a brand. This was my first purchase but definitely not my last!

It's my bday in 5 days and I've been wanting milas cotton candy slime but when I looked its sole out btw it came out today not there fault but I'm now upset my dream gone (I'm 9)I have always watched their videos since I was 5 so around 5 years ago till this day love you peachy

Excellent, fun and creative slimes. My kiddos and I love them. We had a delivery issue on an order and they were extremely quick to reply and provide options to resolve the issue.

I had a wonderful experience with peachybbies! I had ordered two slims one for each of my granddaughters. I wasn't aware that peachybbies sends a care package and a squishy with each order. So when the order came in it only had one care package. I sent an email to the company and miss Stephanie emailed me back the same day and said that she put another care package in the mail so that both girls would have their own care package. All I can say is, this company is amazing!! Thank you peachybbies you're the best 🍑

Our slime arrived damage from I’m assuming transportation. We emailed peachybbies and they responded in less than 24 hours and already shipped a replacement slime. Great customer service and my kids favourite slime to play with.

Super impressed with their customer service. I ordered two slimes and one arrived damaged and incorrect. I emailed the customer support and they reached out promptly to remedy the error. Mistakes happen, but I can tell why this business has been around FOREVERRR (like seriously since I was a preteen and now I'm an adult that has adult money)- and that's because they have it down to a science both slime-wise and customer service. Would recommend to others!
