I know many others have had issues with their customer service team but for me the customer service is why I'm giving such a high review! I had placed an order for my nieces birthday, the very first time I've ever ordered from these guys, and it arrived very disheveled with some of the charms for the slime either missing or thrown loosely in the box and broken with just a handful of packing peanuts. I reached out using the customer service form on their website to see if they could just send me some replacement charms. I received a reply within just a few hours despite messaging in the evening! The agent that helped me, Donald, was very kind and worked to find a solution that worked for both of us. As the slimes I ordered were sold out now they couldn't send replacement charms but instead he gave me a discount code for the price I paid for my slimes so that I could place an order for new slimes. He even gave me free shipping! He was so kind and went above and beyond to make this right. This went from me being certain I would never order again to now likely being a repeat customer for holidays because I feel certain these guys will make things right if there's a problem. Thank you again for all of your help Donald!

Great customer service and so responsive my order got returned by accident due to my own fault of not uploading my new address and once I notified them of my new address they sent it straight back to me in the UK the very same day couldn't fault them I'm so grateful thankyou my little boy looks ves watching the you tube buds of all the different slimes! And the slimes are amazing quality. Different grade for sure! Would love it If in future a UK shop could be opened and this would help UK customers save on shipping prices from America. I suppose that's the price you'll pay when your kids love peachy babie slime! It is so good, so I don't mind. 💕

Fantastic customer service! My daughter absolutely loves this slime!

Purchased the best sellers bundle which took a while to be shipped to Australia and had to pay exorbitant shipping costs. Given this, we were sure to treat it right - made sure hands were washed & dry before use, it was stored in the container, sealed tight in a cool dry place. Yet within 7-8 weeks its all started to break and fall apart. Baby axolotl’s ice is falling out, & every slime is stiff & breaking into pieces. Customer service advised the shelf life is 3-5 months when it took over a month to be shipped to me. My child is devastated that Santa brought peachybbies that does not work.

Slimes are great and even with shipping from america they come in great condition not melted or hard. They come with slime care sheet and activator to prevent it from being too sticky which is a nice touch. I had a problem with two of my slimes shrinking but reached out to the customer support team via their website. Micheal replied to me ASAP and kindly replaced the slimes. The best customer service ive seen in a while. Very pleased, would reccomend!!

Customer Service is remarkable, with live people who bend over backwards to see that you are happy with your slime!! I have nothing but praise for Peachybbies Slime! My slime arrived with a little leaking out of the lid. Customer service was kind and super fast to help resolve the issue. I really appreciated that. My daughter loves this slime.

First time buying these slimes, and I am not disappointed. We had a small problem with two of the slimes but customer service was fast and responsive. Great slimes and great customer service. My girls loved them.

My sons love the whole experience, from picking the ones they want, ordering them, getting the delivery, and then opening and playing with them!!! They are great for all ages too!!! Adults and children can enjoy them! They also have an excellent customer service team…very helpful and friendly! Very quick to reply and help resolve any issues or concerns! I share this company with all our friends and family. The slime makes an awesome gift too!!!
