After using Paynt for approximately 1…
After using Paynt for approximately 1 month, I have still not received the docking stations for my terminals and am still waiting on a sim card that was missing from one of the terminals. The main issue however is that I was assured that I would receive next day settlement as standard for my daily transactions. This is not happening. What is most frustrating is that Merchant Services do not even respond to my messages or emails.

I am very pleased with the service that I receive. Payments are regular I have had no reason to contact Paynt or query any transactions. It is helpful that a local lady set up my business account with the company & she is always available to help if required. I would definitely recommend the company.

Poor communication and little regard…
Poor communication and little regard for customer or their needs. Would never work with paynt again one of the worst processors I’ve worked with. Also when issues have occurred unable to speak to account manager or raise a complaint.

I highly recommend Paynt for your payment needs. From initial enquiries about which POS would be better suited for my small business to the application and then to receiving my card machine was absolutely seamless.
