I got ticketed while a very small portion of my car was intruding into a no parking area due to a badly parked car in front (intruding into part the bay I had parked). My appeal was rejected and they made no reference to the fact that I rose regarding the timing;
I was in the car at the time and the online evidence showed that my car was parked there for less than 3 minutes (my understanding is that anything above 10 minutes is Athena limit to get a ticket)!!!?

I appealed my parking charge and been told to wait 21 days for answer nothing come,after 35 days I received a letter from a debit collector agency that I have to pay £150 try to get in touch with them but very poor customer communication and is nowhere to talk to a representative.

Is this a scam. Car reg wrong, make of car wrong and car colour wrong! Come on for gods sake!

If only there was a rating lower than 1, then I would definitely give it gladly. I visited my friend in an apartment block manned by them. One of their staff instructed me where to pack... and to my surprise, I got a ticket for doing just that! I even have an email from the staff's official email address stating that the ticket was essentially their mistake, not mine. I was still asked to pay £100 and threatened by legal notices, when I appealed, the outcome was no better. No one cared about protection of the public, or resolving the issue to avoid it being repeated in future... it was all just about who is liable once a ticket is issued. My faith in public systems has taken a beating....

Extremely poor service I don’t know if this is a scam, I go on to their website to appeal, the website takes you to so strange message that your password is not safe .
If you are giving people a click on the website to go on to, why it does not let you go further to even pay or challenge a PCN ??? This site and company needs to be investigated.

Got a ticket just dropping of shopping that was no more than 5 mins let's hope they don't need a carer when they are older

They given tickets for stopping car outside designated area .....my car was in area but from front age tyre was outside and actual thing we did not park vehicle my wife just came to drop me to station so she just stop in side of road in marked bay and even she did not came out she was driver so I came out of car and she went home ....so total 1 min stop .....anyway to settle in front and back white light anyway driver need to get down ....it is our hard earn money we need to pay for pcn ... I don't have money to hire solicitor ..God will punish him

I think this company is run by 1 dodgy person, was on the phone for an hour as caller number 1 then got cut off !!

Tried several times to pay online with no success, entered reg no and pc no, pressed search and nothing, now i have to pay by phone which has a £1 admin fee,,, what is the admin fee for when it is automated, another way to scam more money out of you, (added) I have just tried to phone an 0845 (premium number) to pay aswell entered pcn with hashtag at end and it just goes blank, PCM for a company that is contracted to the councils you are an embarassment, for even trying to pay you are a failure, sort your buisness out before you fine other people, you should be fined for people unable to pay their pcn.

Shame on you ! We are permit holder and you left ticket!? What for what we are parked on our bay and permit displayed!!! Parked outside of the confines of a marked bay ?! Are you serously?!!! Even you can see it properly!!! When we had an issue someone was parking on our bay,we couldn't get in touch with you!!! And no one provided a penalty ticket for illegally parking!!! How many times we have this issue in our garage!!!! But no ,for permit holder with stupid reason you giving penalty ticket!! Shame on you ! We will appeal!!

Gave us a parking ticket when we were registered residents. We appealed and that was rejected because it wasn't written in the first person. We appealed a second time just do this to be rejected. I spent an hour on the phone with one of their representatives who was polite and explained things to me but he couldn't action anything that would help. Very angry that I am being fined for parking in our residents car park. We displayed our badge but due to the heatwave the adhesive dried up causing it not to be visible. I feel this is a valid reason and they could have let us off as it was a first infraction. I have no polite words to say about this company.
